j.I have been dealing with Jacuzzi Leeds for the last 5 years. The service has also been exceptional. When the surface of my original tub began to laminate there was no question from them that the tub had been manufactured with a major fault. They offered to undertake the exchange without being asked, but when I suggested I might as well upgrade my tub at the same time, there was no question that it was possible and after negotiating a cracking deal for the upgrade it all went well.
I cannot recommend Darren and his team enough. I wouldn’t dream of buying a hot tub from anyone else.

P. R.After searching for ages for a suitable hot tub we decided on a Jacuzzi tub purely because of the reputation, quality and warranty. Visited Leeds showroom. Ashley spent Loads of time with us explaining, clarifying all the things we needed. He obviously loved his job and new everything about the products. Decided on the model and signed up. VERY professional start to finish. Made loads of calls to them about the installation ALWAYS polite and really helpful. Had to move the date a couple of times, nothing was too much bother.
Installation day arrived Two really friendly guys arrived went through everything with us twice because its a lot to take in, very patient.
The tub is perfect we are 110% sure we made the right choices with the Brand and the Supplier. If you have any doubts whilst scouring the net think of this review. Couldn't have been easier!!!!!
