It looks wonderful during the Christmas period, a cozy street to cut the corner when rushing somewhere or going to the cinema. There are also some cozy and fancy cafes/pizzerias.

Fantastic area. This whole place is great, nice food places very varied too, sushi, burgers, Oriental food etc. Also how can you not mention showcase cinemas! (Quick tip about showcase, if you're in screen 11 which is xplus, pick seats in rows j and k, fantastic seats!)

Always something great to choose from in this area. Italian, French, American, this place has it all really. I usually book a table if I'm eating in this area as it can be crowded at times depending on the time and day. Also the John Lewis car park is literally next door so not far to walk to all these restaurants! There is also a massive cinema in St Peters Square with a director's lounge for a little extra cash. Love going here to watch the latest films especially when the Ben and jerries milkshake shack is open! All in all when I'm in leicester city centre this is the place I'll be 99% of the time!
