Beautiful Courtyard and a few shops. You may also just sit and observe the fun ambience of the Place and nurse a drink while doing so. Get out of your comfort zone and explore a little. You may meet and make a new friend/s. Lots to eat and very friendly feeling. Then take a walk by the River Thames where it is all happening. Great fun even if you are upon your own or call a friend and meet there. Just be uplifted in your spirit and do something different for you, bless

What a hidden gem! Set back from the beautiful walk along south bank this area is filled with creativity and independent shops all so unique and sweet. There's something for everyone!! Not to mention how lovely the food offering is here too. Definitely worth a look!

Amazing plant-based burgers (that even non vegans absolutely love!) and home made chips. I couldn't have the bread and they made a special dish for me :) The service was also great: attentive and super friendly. They went the extra mile to accommodate any food requirement and to make us all feel cozy :) Great terrace and views over the river too. We will defo go back again!

On the Southbank. Nice visit along our walk. Great views of St Paul's, The Shard and towers in the financial district.

Nice place, small menu but that means the food is fresh. It's simple food but very tasty. Tried the Kentucky Spiced cocktail which is not my usual drink and it was very nice. Say outside Thames bankside facing St Paul's with a drink watching the sun go down. What's not to like?

Hidden gem, a small area with great bar Limin' which has its own beach area to stop and have a cocktail and snacks. Opposite is a small gift shop which sell hand decorated wine glasses. You must go to Joanne Plumb's knitwear shop. She designs and makes everything that she sells, all in lovely colours. There is also a restaurant at the entrance but I haven't eaten there but it was very busy and the food looked good.

The food is absolutely delish! This place has vibes, it was a lovely find on a hot summer afternoon. We had cocktails and enjoyed the soca music. I would definitely come back for an evening out with friends.

I'm biased as I'm part of the artists run print gallery here.... but, the whole of Southbank is a great day out during good weather. There are really good food stands nearer Waterloo, there is Gabriels wharf, full of good vibes and a new Jamaican bar which lifts the area. There are good restaurants in the wharf. Just come and have a chat with the shopkeepers here, without pressure... We appreciate you all.

Totally appreciated this place in lockdown. One of the few places opened for food so hopefully they have capitalised on this.. They would be daft not too! Prices little bit expensive and a bit crowded but my toastie was lovely! Now if they added proper hot chocolate I would be there every day!

Stumbled across a lovely little pizza place called Gourmet Pizza here . Really good food , not too pricey . I am a huge pizza fan and am very fussy .. but I would highly recommend this place .

If you happen to be taking a walk along the River Thames and find yourself in the oxo tower/southbank area. You might come across a little sandy stretch, known locally as Ernie's beach. Might see see a sand sculpture being made. Might see People walking dogs along the rivers edge. Might see kids playing in the sand Enjoyment of the foreshore. Gabriel's wharf provides a little place to take a break. If to rest your legs, have a bite to eat or a well earned drink.
