I was not really shopping, just looking around if I can find a cheap games. I didn't find anything that suited my budget, so I approach the staff for advice, and the guy told me that I can buy games on offer through my console, and he told me how. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and with great knowledge about games and consoles. Definitely recommend.

Attentive, helpful and fast service from both staff members I encountered. I went in to collect a game I had ordered from game.co.uk and had dispatched to Surrey Quays Game for collection, staff members located it quickly, looked over my documentation and checked me out in just a couple of minutes. Both staff were friendly and chatty during the exchange. Couldn't ask for a nicer team to work with in relation to my console game buying needs.

Very nice and tidy store, had a great experience there. I found Dead Cells for my switch and it was one of the game I was searching for. However it is quite disappointing that I haven't found more of the small publishers smash hits of nintendo switch there. Guess is due to what the demand is.

My son loves this shop I always get his games in here they do some good deals on used games and old games. Get bonus points everytime I purchase. Staff are well trained in knowing all about the merchandise and very helpful. Easy to find what you want aswell good place

Visited the store yesterday for the early black Friday sale. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. I purchased a few items which I had pre planned on buying and they also recommend a few products which I also bought. From the store manager to the staff throughout the store they all were so bubbly, positive and had such welcoming energies. Definitely recommend visiting this store.

This store has always been my go to for buying games, the staff know what they're talking about but I just wish they wouldn't ask for your passport each time you buy a 18+ game.

Prices are high and they always try and up sell but that's retail these days! The staff are usually friendly and knowledgeable. The only real place to buy games and gaming goodness that isn't online

Bought a Wii U here, secondhand. Have had to go back three times so far as one of the power adaptors provided did not work and neither did one of the games or the relevent I was given. The store is small but space is week used and is mostly split by the three big consoles: PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Xbox. There are some smaller sections for PS3 games, merchandising, smartphones and secondhand consoles. The staff are usually quite knowledgeable and can help you if your not sure what you want or if you're buying a gift for someone.
