We visited a few times recently for one reason or another and some of the shops services has dipped a little since lockdown but no names mentioned.
Getting here, Charlton (Thameslink/southeastern), Anchor and Hope Lane (Stop G) for the buses 472 and 486 is your best bet for public transport.
A few shops around this spot, parking is only for around 90 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of the stores, they will wave that limit away from what i recall.
T. s.We went to Bensons Beds,great service,lovely friendly Lady served us,we purchased a new bed,lady assured us to try the beds,I felt so comfortable, would have had afternoon nap. Top Service

O. O.B&M gat lots of items on offer. Staff quite courteous and helpful
p. V.It would not be bad if the stores themselves warned that parking is free for only 75 minutes. Immediately after this period, you receive a fine by mail. £ 100. And another 50p for the payment itself. By this rule, the whole shopping experience is ruined. If you decide to choose medel or household appliances - get ready - add another 100 pounds to the purchase amount.
S.Arrived to collect laptop and waited outside for 15min in the collection bay before having to go inside to ask what the delay was only to be told that the system was faulty, if so the front store staff should be watching the 2 collection bays and should have noticed a vehicle parked there waiting ....

T. Y.Great environment for local needs. Different stores for your different needs. Many buses route and a place with lots of parking spaces. Though could be a bit busy when matches are being played in the nearby Charlton.
C. B. B. H.There is a maximum stay time of 75minutes this applies to all the shops in this retail park. You will receive a penalty notice if you exceed the 75minutes. (I know from personal experience) I'm assuming the other shops operate in the same way Halfords does, in relation to customers getting tickets.

k. m.I got caught out by the parking limit of 75 mins. Not really sufficient to browse, discuss and buy a laptop. I got the parking charge, but successfully appealed. I made the case that 75 mins isn't enough time, and showed my receipt and they cancelled the charge. Bit of a pain, but fairly simple process to appeal.

Visited this store because the other location closest to me is always in a mess and Charlton is such a lovely area to shop with so many shops available nearby. I wasn't disappointed, shop floor is larger, tidier and well labelled; they have much more on offer. I left £110 shy of entering, but managed a king size throw, medium faux fur rug, 2 bedside lamps, a large mirror and a 24" canvas print plus 2 bags of toiletries, stationary and confectionery.
I cant think of any other brand store I'd manage that in?!
Not many staff on sales floor, but enough on tills to make wait short. I've noticed staffing seems to be low at all B&M stores....In all though, a great place for bargains!

D. S.Staff within the Park, very obliging and helpful. However to make it more enjoyable, the vehicle parking could be extended to 4 hours. This would give the older generation time to have a coffee etc while shopping within the different stores in the park

J. O.I love this retail park as it has a number of stores where one can buy electronics, food, beds, and home goods. There are about 6 very large stores here, with a vast car park that is along side a busy road, very close to Charlton station if one needs public transport, you have bus stops near-by.
A. H.A few useful shops here, the main attractions are PC World and Halfords etc. Please be mindful of the parking restrictions, the automated system clocks your arrival and leaving time so be careful not to overstay otherwise you'll receive a fine through your letter box! Otherwise pleasant enough shopping experience.

S. N.The range of shops has changed with a B&M and Iceland warehouse. We were there to get a spare brake and indicator bulb from Halford. Will visit again to try the Iceland for wines, as they have been critically acclaimed.
G. B.Halfords q moved quickly but you can't browse in the shop: staff will get what you want. You can shop online and collect (different q). Be patient.
G. M.The shoping is fine but the carpark is limited to 70 minutes before you get a ticket in the post due to cameras at the entrance and exit.
If you get a ticket as a legitimate shopper PC World do not want to know. Although bensons for beds will sort it for genuine customers.

A. D.You will find; PC World, B&M, Halfords here which is pretty useful. There is free parking for two hours although I have not seen any cameras or attendants checking cars. However, as it is close to Charlton FC it might be different on match days

N. P.It's got B&M, halfords, PcWorld/Currys and a few other but not much of a variety of types of shops. But you have other shops for example supermarkets and clothes about a 10 minute walk down the road. The bus stops are abit awkwardly placed without a safe place to cross the road directly to it.
C. O.Good mix of retail shops with the addition of a Starbucks and Frankie & Bennies. Only problem is the gridlock trying to get out of the park once you get in. Poor traffic planning and a missed opportunity to make it easier by opening up the Starbucks end.

N. R.I guess you have the be visiting here to shop at a particular shop(in my case, BM) to appreciate it. If you're looking for a retail park with a large variety of shops, this is not the place for you, you need to head down the road to Charlton retail park, which has a much larger selection of shops.

L. G.B&M is a great place to go and because Stone lake retail park hasnt got any restaurants within it you can just nip in and out...people dont hang around....however its a bit annoying if you need the toilet as the nearest one is the macdonalds up the road.

Now you have electronics covered by pcworld, furniture covered by Harveys and Dreams, B and M for what would have been covered by Woolworths, Food warehouse for frozen or chilled food and drink, carpets from carpetright and Halfords for bike or car assessories. All it needs now is a clothes shop and it covers most bases
