Great friendly service - and fitted my watch strap in two minutes! Given the location and watch I was expecting some real damage to my bank account, so was surprised when the quote came back at half the cost of some other shops. Some of the other watch repair chains could take a leaf from the Watch Surgery's book... Boss was super friendly and personable - and I now have my watch finally working again!

I stopped by today to get my watch battery replaced based on all of the positive reviews. Even though I came during the lunch hour, which is probably one of the busiest times of day, they waited on me straight away. It took only a few minutes and was a very fair price. Halit was very friendly and polite. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome service. Ahmad was able to change my battery swiftly and for a far more reasonable price than Tag Specialists. Instead of waiting 4 weeks for a watch battery it was done in 30 mins. My strap was also adjusted for a small extra fee. Have been here a few times now and always happy with their service. Top class!

My goodness, the service here is astounding. I took a few watches to be repaired this morning, and the customer service guy Alp was so helpful, polite and went over and beyond. One watch I had taken to several other places and told either they couldn't repair it, or it was going to take a long time/would have to be sent away and was going to be expensive. As a family heirloom, I felt uneasy about parting with said watch/sending it away. Alps fixed it in 5 minutes, straightened a wonky link bulb for free and kindly suggested and then took out a few linkages. All for a great price and on-the-stop solution-providing. I also ended up buying a watch, which was a great deal and made-all-the-more-easier because the service was so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back again - maybe to emboss some gifts?!

Called the Watch Surgery to find out about embossing a bible. Very helpful over the phone and even more so when I went there. Alp did the work beautifully and finished the job in record time so that I didn't have to wait around for long. He also engraved a silver ornament and the total price was very good. Excellent communication, service, results and value. I had a custom graphic engraving job to be done and had just 1 morning to do it. Communication by email early in the morning was excellent and arranging the job at the Bond Street kiosk was clear and efficient. All 3 of the staff were really busy and having to work on top of each other the whole time I was there but were still really polite and helpful and the chap who did my pens stuck to the times predicted, guided me through the process, improved on what I asked for and ultimately got a top-quality result. Very impressed with the team and very happy with the result.

Could not be more pleased with the service I received here. I had a leather card holder embossed, and the results are absolutely amazing. The man working (Alp) was so patient whilst i took a very long time to decide what size, font & colour to get, he offered very useful advice which helped with my final decision, and he definitely knew his stuff because the outcome was just what I wanted. Could not recommend this place more - quality of the embossing is great but the service is too, he took time to listen and help and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to make a final decision at all. The old battery had corroded and he spent time cleaning up the inside of the watch to get it working again for me. Really pleased! Absolutely brilliant. Had tried five different engravers across London to engrave the inside of a silver bracelet and they all said they couldn't do it. Alp at Watch Surgery Bond Street did it in 20 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

They fixed 2 buttons and crown on my watch - everything works perfectly - 1 day turnaround - no nonsense and fair price. BTW - The second button was damaged when I attempted to take this watch to Timpson for repair. As Timpson didn't understand properly what button required fixing they just broken another one.

I went in today to have a bible embossed for my mum's birthday. The two gentlemen who served me, Alp and Ahmed, were super professional, knowledgeable and polite. They listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. The bible was ready at the exact time they told me it would be, I was charged the price they quoted me (which was VERY reasonable) and the embossing is perfect. I left my Tag Heuer with these guys for a battery change and cleaning. They washed the case and the bracelet of my watch in an ultrasonic cleaner, changed the battery, reseal the back and pressure tested it. Best watch repair shop in town.
