S. S.Nice set of collection but the manager present was a restless guy .not sure how he became a manager in sales with no patience for customers to try out a few glasses before selection
G. M.I went there to get one of my polaroid shades repaired and Chris helped me out. He was pretty quick and very sweet as well. Ensured that i know that i can come back again if i further issues with the glasses. Wonderful and easy service.

T. M.Brilliant customer service (special mention to Chris). I bought a pair of Tom Ford glasses from the Heathrow Airport store which I realised later were slightly damaged. When I got back home I contact this MK store (local to me) and they have been superb in getting a replacement pair to their store quickly for me to exchange with the damaged pair. Very pleased and would recommend visiting this store.

I went in because one the the screws fell out of my sunglasses (which they dont even sell) meant my temple/arm part would fall off the frame if I wasn't careful.
They kindly gave me a screw the perfect size for free which now perfectly has attached the part strongly.
The manager lady was so helpful to offer me a product to make sure the screws wouldn't ever loosen again and she seemed very enthusiastic and helpful.
Thank you very much I wouldn't have any other place to find that one tiny screw about 2-3mm and you gave it to me for free.

K. C.Excellent service, went in there to replace a pair of damaged sunglasses bought abroad, I had lost the receipt and hadn't asked for an email copy when I bought the sunglasses for my fiancée, but the manager said I could use my bank statement instead. The service was excellent, friendly staff.
J. S.Don't normally leave reviews, but I've been in here a few times to try on and get info about the Persol 714's, and the 2 guys who work in this store are absolutely fantastic... super well informed and always more than happy to help. As ambassadors of Sunglass Hut these two could not be better.
Unfortunately I decided on picking up a polorised pair (which arn't in sunglasses hut online or in store), so all I'd say is give these guys the stock to work with... and a raise.
