I held a party for my three year old son and received the best service from any play centre or any business! Every staff member was extremely pleasant and wanted to go above and beyond for us. We chose the pirate room. The cleanliness of this play centre was superb. All the staff deserve a shout out but Frankie our party host was extremely helpful, polite and wanted to do everything to make my son have a very special day. We didn’t have a traditional birthday party but the staff were extremely accommodating and purposely went out their way to not not only understand our needs for the party but went that extra mile to exceed them. The equipment was all working and in very good condition including the cars on the track. (Very easy to drive even for a 2 year old). The party games were very well planned and the organisation was second to none. This play centre gets booked up really quickly so plan well ahead to make sure you get the date you want. The food was delicious and the kids really enjoyed the party food they have a wide menu range which caters for halal, vegetarian and vegan options. I could never compliment this place enough even if I tried. I will definitely be booking this place again for my kids birthday as it is extremely value for money. I would honestly be proud to own a business such as this. I can hand in heart say this place cares more about service and customer experience then profit. Thanks guys for making our day special.

Very good toddler play facilities with competent and friendly staff. Our Grandson loved it and the arrival of Spiderman made his morning. Large climbing areas split between age groups and a spot of cake making thrown in. The 2 hours play and toddler food for around £9 was good value, plus the grandparents could grab a sandwich and a drink. Not overcrowded on a Monday morning. Not visited at other times. You may be advised to book in advance.

Great play centre. I have seen it at the most busiest, during half term and the service was just as good. Staff are all friendly, and are always on top of the cleanliness in the seating area. I did find that the toilets need attention but maybe it needs a more regular check in during half term. You can only imagine how many kids were going in & out of there. Other than that I would Highly recommend based on the actual activity centre itself. Bonus was the fact that they had an extensive Halal menu too, which is rare to see at Play centres, so hats off to whoever put inclusivity high on their priority list ;) Great to see the lovely Octonauts Gup- A there too (photo attached).

Hi Folks, This place is good and enjoyable for ages upto 10years. The staff is friendly and maintained hygiene environment in every corner. The birthday party area is also fantastic. The slides and all the things are in good condition. 👍. I have saw the menu which is fabulous 👌 also it has separate halal section which is also impressive. Yet, I didn't taste it because I took my things from home. My kid enjoyed riding Go Karting. The go Karting area should be extend its small at this time.

Loads of fun! Reasonable price, plenty of seating for families and am impressive menu. I would probably give it 3.5 stars (if I could) because the toddler area could be bigger. For older children this would be so cool. There are even electric go karts! Staff are very friendly and polite. One criticism was around cleanliness of a ball park area. In the pic attached children could touch this... Grim! In summary Pros - Easy location to access with parking -sensible entry price. Go karts only £1 per go! -loads of seating, decent menu for kids and adults -loads of equipment for children to play on as a whole, particularly bigger kids, 5 and over Cons -toddler area could be bigger -area adjacent to ball pit needs some serious feather dusting I changed my mind, 4 out of 5 stars seems fair

My grandson loves his visits to Rascals. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Cookery class a nice touch. He polished off his jam tart without any hesitation when we got it home today following a long nap after a fun 2 hours of play. Good selection of foods for children and adults. Regular visitors now.

Absolutely amazing! We had our son's birthday party here on Friday he loved every second of it aswell as his older brother and sisters. Not been here for a few years and was shocked to discover the price has increased to over £9 per child for a 2 hour play. Our boys had fun (ages 6&7) and played for around 50 minutes. Bottle of water £1.10. Would not recommend for younger children unless they are robust and can withstand boisterous crowds of unsupervised children.

Lots of exploring for the kids, including dodgems. Home bake a cookie, drawing, and then Spiderman turned up! Food was good & reasonably priced, and more importantly not something & chips. I had a Thai green curry. £6.95 & very nice. A well deserved 5/5.

There's also go-kart style bikes for £1 a go which is nice lil treat if the kids have been playing nicely. We visit this place regularly with our two young children and they absolutely love it. What I like here the most in comparison to some of the other play centres is the large seating area for parents or guardians to sit and overlook the kids playing. Overall you can expect a very clean, tidy and safe play zone which is regularly maintained to a high standard.

We attended a birthday party. For kids under 11 the place is ideal and enough activities to drain their energy ;) in one hour. Their menu is very economical and one can easily spot option for their likes for example, vegiterian, halal, coffee, soft drinks. Staff is young but very much in command and friendly.

Very pleasent experience, the kids absolutely loved it there the range for children under two is far the best in the area with its optical ideas and the water tube. We ordered food for the kids and it came out quickly and staff cleared away within 5min after we have finished - showed they were on the ball with tables. Fab time at rascals

The most disorganised soft play I've been to. School holidays, fully booked 2 hour slots, but no system for people to leave at the end of their two hours so speaking over the tannoy to get people to leave as new customers had no where to sit. Older children going in the smaller childrens areas. No tables to sit at. The soft play didnt look very clean and it was just so overcroweded we ended up leaving 45 minutes into our session. Very dissappointing. Definitely need better booking and cleaning systems. The actual facilities themselves would be amazing if the whole place was managed better which is why it gets the 3 stars.

I absolutely love this place. I have been to many soft play areas and this has always been the best! It is spacious, clean and bright and the food is delicious! I have been coming here for the passed 6 years with my daughter and she always asks to come back, and I now have a 10 month old son who loves it here to! It is the only play area I have visited that has a decent area for under 3's and it is refreshing to be able to take both my children, with a 5 year age gap, to a place they can both enjoy. My only criticism would be that the jumperoos in the baby area need updating as they are very worn. Other than than, it's amazing and I always recommend Rascals to my friends when they ask for places to go with their little ones!

Visited today for the first time with toddler. Very clean, you have to check in and out at the desk which is a good safety feature. Lots of hand sanitizer around and was impressed with the toilet and baby changing facilities. Felt very clean and staff hoovering and cleaning up whilst we were there. Only downside is it could really do with a member of staff or two to be walking around ensuring older children aren't in the smaller kids areas and that parents are wearing masks when with their children inside the kids areas or going down slides etc.. Two parents were with their son in the small toddler area which isn't very big and neither wearing a mask and no staff around to speak to apart from behind the food counter. Will go back, is more expensive than others in the area but lots for little ones to do in the 2 hour time slot and you can see them clearly when sat at the tables.

Been here a few times with my grandson and he does enjoy playing there.I have to say the food for him wasn't good last time he had pizza it was so dry (cheap quality) we came again today and his sausages where so over cooked, he did try them but said they didn't taste good. I mentioned this to the lady when she collected the plates and offered a replacement but we declined. I would come for the play facilities but wouldn't eat there.

The best play centre in Preston. Been to all the other ones but this one is my boys favorite. They are 5 now but have loved coming here since very small. Great party location too. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Menu far to big for a play centre, some food was burnt and still brought out but to be fair they did swap the bits we were most bothered about. Wraps dry, rubbery burgers etc. Yet the lack of quality isn’t exactly reflected in the price of food. Disappointing but we know to eat before or after next time and kids loved the soft play

As always my children have lots of fun here, although the play can get a bit busy the staff here are always on hand to make sure the children are kept safe. Lots of food and refreshments to choose from and the service is prompt and tables are always kept clean.

Fantastic! I want to say a huge thank you to member of staff Caitlyn at the front desk! One rainy Friday in August we had a crash (REC) on our way to the centre. However she turn our day around and looked after us! Further, My baby girl suffers from cows milk and soya allergy. This centre is fantastic for anyone with allergies! Staff were positive friends and there were loads of food options!! This made my year! So many times we attend centres and demand not to bring your own food but then we have to have a full blown argument that there is nothing on the menu for us to eat! Not at Rascals! Plenty to eat and great staff! Clean and staff always happy to help! One very happy family! Thank you for being fantastic x

It was very busy and at the time of arriving, there were no tables for us to park ourselves at so we struggled to find a place to store our stuff. I was also a bit sceptical at how clean things were but where kids are concerned and that many of them, I suppose you can cut them some slack. Suffice to say the kids enjoyed it.

Absolutely great! So many things to explore, different areas for different ages. The sensory area for babies is very nice, offering a good range of activities for babies to explore. The toddler area and over 5 are great, kids can run, jump, climb and not get bored. There are ropes for climbing, trampolines for jumping, slides, balls, games to play...it has everything to keep your child entertained. Also there is a kart section, you have to pay extra but it is good fun. It is only £1 a ride. You can have parties in there, spend some quality time with your children. Food is a bit pricey for my liking, but guess it is worth for the fun. The place is secure, you can't just go in and out, you need the receptionist to open the doors for you, unlike other playcentres where even a taller toddler can open the gates to get out. Looked well maintained, with plenty staff available on the floor cleaning and making sure everything is in order, supervising the play areas and providing help and advice in need. We liked it, my child enjoyed and we are definitely going back

Bit packed today, can’t get a table, can’t play on things properly, my baby is only 15mth so there’s not much he can do in there anyway, people running in & out leaving gate open, only stayed 1 hour, bit of a germaphobe, so I had to get out of there, used to love it with my other kids but it’s just not the same any more

First time going to rascals and definitely best play centre I've been to! From start to finish nothing but nice, friendly and polite staff. Was there for 2 hours with no issues, injuries or concerns. Plenty of things for the babies to do. Took my 1 year old and nephew (also 1) and both continuously smiling and laughing at everything! Had my daughter (1) walking round with me following and staff were smiling at her and being nice to her whereas some places just walk straight past ignoring her. Worth every penny and will be returning. Thank you rascals staff for a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

I don't usually write a review for places I visit but felt I had to for Rascals Preston after our visit today. The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent I recommend the Angus burger and all of the facilities were clean to a high standard with staff regularly walking round cleaning and tidying. I didn't see the kids for the 2 hours we were there apart from when they needed a drink due to the fact there was so much for them to do and they loved it. The prices are also very reasonable £5.20 per child, I highly recommend this place look forward to taking the kids again.

We went to a friend's little girl's party here and they had the whole place booked for a couple of hours. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food wasn't awful and over-priced, which is saying a lot for kids play centres. The kids loved the variety, slides and go-karts. Even the baby section kept our littlest engaged with lights, big buttons and noises.

Good place to play for kids, food isn't great, pretty clean, however - it is busy. Although website says they are operating at a reduced capacity, it does not feel like this...All tables and chairs were filled on 26th September 2pm-4pm. My 1 year old, myself and husband developed symptoms on the Thursday and tested positive for covid. This was the only place we had been so we must have caught it from here. Maybe a more reduced capacity is needed. Would go again when pandemic blows over and everything calms down a bit, less to worry about then.

Bring my daughter here almost every other Wednesday. They have good facilities and a decent selection of kids' meals (Some healthy and some not so healthy). The staff are also friendly and helpful. The only thing stopping me give 5* is the ball pit vacuum sometimes doesn't work. But that's only a minor issue. If you want a good place for kids then this is it!

It's a great place for the kids. Food is lovely and staff are always cleaning up around you. The only major let down is the dirty carpets i.e not per say as in hoovering but more so in the colour and condition. I had white socks on that day and they was black in a few hours and that was just walking around with the kids.

Great place to go with any age kids. It's good for birthday party as well. They have 3 diferent style party rooms. There is a lot of quality food on good price. Drinks too. Realy good espresso. Also you can drive mini carting for 1£ per car (two persen can be in one car) for about 4-5 min you just have to buy ticket from the register. Inside is about 20 ÷ 30 tables and all the food is freshly prepared. Just get your kids there and enjoy the day.

Visited RASCALS as an activity for babysitting my niece - couldn't have been a better choice. Very helpful staff, Angus burger for lunch was delicious + large portion. Kids meals looked varied + well balanced. Great play centre, definitely enjoyed our time here.

Coming for a visit to Preston from London I was blown away by the incredibly friendly staff and good clean facilities. I like that they sell trousers for children who had a little accident. Also they seem to have different classes throughout the week (cooking, crafts, dance) which is great. I would definitely visit again.

Great as soft plays go. There are 2 climbing frames, a huge one for over 4's and a smaller one for under 4's. The food is quite expensive as expected. If you go on a day when it is quite quiet, they will let you stay as long as you like.

Very busy with birthday parties. Nowhere to sit so lots of adults stood around with hot drinks whilst kids were running around. Queue to get in was out of the door but handled quickly. Lots to do and in the week when it's quieter there are some great kids activities on offer such as dance classes etc.

Very good play centre but I think they need to review their Health & Safety as the building doesn't have a proper fire alarm, they use smoke alarms you would find in your house! In the albeit unlikely event of a fire, this could be very dangerous, especially with children!

Best soft play area in Preston. The play area itself is well designed, exciting and caters for separate age groups, not all in one. There is a race track too and the food is outstanding for this kind of premise. I actually LIKE to eat here.

My previous review gave 4 stars however after my last visit ive reduced 1 star for the condition of the toilets. One urinal was blocked and neither toilet cubicles have any toilet paper. Not sure how often they are checked? However in fairness, I reported it to a staff member and it was sorted within 5 minutes. You will find plenty staff serving food. (The menu does have a large selection and always someone on hand) The shared car park can be busy but you will find a space as its large.

This place is perhaps one of the larger indoor play areas in Preston. Price is very competitive especially given the size. They have kiddy racing cars which is good for kids albiet at an additional cost. Food is ok hence four stars. Can be very busy at times and they need to keep a check on ages as some of the kids seem way too old to be at a play area.

One of the best children's indoor play centres in the Preston and Blackburn area. My son Will has had a couple of his birthday parties at Rascals and both he and his friends have had a fantastic time. The food is great, staff friendly, it is clean and the play equipment excellent. The organised go kart racing proved to be very popular. I would thoroughly recommend Rascals.
