Peter and Claire have gone so far beyond what you would expect from a business. The hours I spent in their shop pestering them for information when the project was in its first stages, to the calculations Peter made for the size of liners, filters etc. And then personally delivering the products and giving advise on site. Absolutely 5 star service, even when it must have seemed like I was a crazy person just wasting their time. I would highly recommend using their services from the largest project, down to buying a bag of fish food. Plus you will get to meet Sumo, their adorable Newfi. Thank you both for being so caring and going so far out of your way (literally) to help realise a dream!

Peter, Claire, Harrison and Elliot have constructed an amazing wildlife pond and waterfall for us. We are very pleased with the end result. When I moved house I needed a pond building to house the fish I had moved with me. Sussex Ponds were quick to respond to my request and I had my beautiful new pond built within 2 weeks. Peter is very knowledgeable and helped me with filtration for the new pond so the water is clear and I have a load of happy, healthy fish. I have since bought some great pond plants from them as well which came potted and ready to grow - which they certainly have done. Almost a year since having my pond built and its starting to look like a matured pond with its healthy fish and plants. Would thoroughly recommend Sussex Ponds to anyone looking to get a pond built or maintained.

Best pond shop experience I ever had, Peter and Claire are amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, will have a solution to any problem, no matter how hard the task maybe. Very friendly, always make me laugh, and always take the time to listen and give the best possible advice. Very competitive pricing with the best equipment on the market, as well as cheap good quality koi food and other fish food. They help you save money and get the most of whatever it is you're trying to do. I can't praise them enough; my go to pond shop. Peter and Claire have been looking after my pond for many years. Always so helpful and friendly. Peter and his son recently re lined my pond as a ‘rogue tree’ had pushed its roots through the old liner. I was so worried about the fish and frogs whilst the work was completed. Completely unnecessarily. Fishes and frogs safely kept and counted out and back in again. The stone edging was cemented back beautifully. The birds are back bathing in the the little waterfall. Win, win, all around. Looking forward to this years frogs.

Just a small job this time to replace a leaking hose. Carried out promptly, efficiently for a fair price. Will keep Petes details on file for future reference. UPDATE 26th February, 2021 my pond pump stopped working, so another cry for help to Sussex Ponds. Peter was out within day with a new pump and hose plus some treatment for some poorly fish. New pump fitted professionally in a very pleasant manner. I would thoroughly recommend Sussex Ponds for all your pond related problems. Good to support a local family business.
