Its not every day, or every week or even every month that I feel the need to provide feedback, however, after my experience with No Limitz, I felt compelled to do so. I’ve been playing squash for a number years now and have had my fair share of smashing rackets on the side wall of the squash court during a challenging shot, but this time, I was looking for a racket to help me with my game because although the racket I’ve been using isn’t a bad one, it comes in quite heavy at 150g (it’s a Head Inegra Power Pro IG). Over the past few weeks, I’d noticed that I was getting a considerable amount of aching in my service arm and finally put it down to the weight of the racket, so, I started ringing round a number of sports shops, both bricks and mortar as well as online shops. I’d decided on the racket I wanted but one of my squash partners suggested I try No Limitz. So I phoned the shop and spoke to Jamie. To say that Jamie was the most customer service oriented advisor would be an understatement. He took the time to answer all my questions, including those that I hadn’t thought of considering. He went through everything from the strings, to the weight, to the type of head and finally, the balance. He even persuaded me to try the more cheaper option of restringing my current racket as he explained that the strings play a big part in how a racket performs. So I decided to take my racket to the shop where I once again spoke to Jamie. I asked him some further questions and to cut a long story short, I ended up buying a Karakal head heavy light weight racket. I took it along to play my squash partner last night, and some of the comments that came out from him were, “…..oh my God…..you’re like a Neanderthal tonight…..” and “…..wow, talk about cannonball serves…..” and “…..I can’t seem to return any of your serves tonight…..they’re like hellfire missiles the way you’re hitting them…..”. Thankfully, my arm doesn’t hurt and the new racket performed just like I’d wanted it to. Absolutely brilliant. In fact, whenever I hit the squash ball, serves or otherwise, my squash partner said it sounded like “…kapow…”. So top marks for Jamie for all his advice as the racket performed just as he said. Therefore, I can only highly recommend No Limits to anyone who’s looking for any sports equipment as they sell everything, and the good thing is, they know their stuff and will not over sell you anything and will give you options. Well done Jamie and all your team and keep up the great work. Vince

There is a great range of products with excellent and knowledgeable staff. Not pushy and genuinely helpful. There is space to try hockey sticks and cricket bats which is most helpful. They always seem to have exactly what I go in there for. Their support of local sports teams is also excellent offering a great loyalty scheme.
