Excellent staff. Sharon took great care of us when buying a pair of hiking boots. A good place for outdoor, camping stuff etc.

Staff were just brilliant. Rather than sell you what you like, even if it doesn't suit your needs (unlike some stores I won't mention) the lady asked what I was going to be using the shoes for. She steered me away from the stunning hill running shoes (they were stunning) as the tread would wear out too quickly if used as I intended. She pointed me in the direction of the walking shoes that suited my need. Gave advice on my foot position etc. Really impressed. And delighted with my purchase.

Was there yesterday exchanging a Christmas gift! The lovely sales assistant who dealt with us could not have been more helpful, a real credit to the shop not sure of her name there two ladies on behind the counter one smaller lady grey hair and glasses and the other girl who dealt with us who was taller with dark hair

Absolutely fantastic store. This store has a great location, just off the busy Boucher Road. I was seeking some hiking boots, socks and trousers for a hike in the Mournes next month. I don't know the first thing about hiking gear, but the staff in this store couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely fantastic. I had my feet measured and a good solid boot picked out for me, along with socks and trousers all for a reasonable price. Lots of really good gear for fairly reasonable prices. Great selection, great staff and pretty good prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for hiking gear in Belfast! Fantastic. Highly recommended!

Shopped here for the first time last week. Was told I had 7 days for a possible price match either online or in another store. Found the jacket today £25 cheaper and they honoured the price match. Very happy with the all round excellent customer service I have received. Would highly recommend!!

Prices are not always the lowest in comparison to other stores for these already expensive items. You do however get what you pay for and staff can answer your questions.

Easily the largest and best equipped outdoor store in belfast. Sells all the best outdoor gear brands with a v v good range of stock. Other stores have good stock but not the same high quality brands. Staff v v pleasant.
