Helpful service by young guy in the rugby section. (Might've been called Gavin) talked me through boot options for my son and was pleasant to talk to. It's good to get a personal service with a knowledgeable person. I'd given it five but the guy on the till seemed more put out as if I was interrupting his day.

I didn't like it right away. I thought it was just another sporting goods store. but soon I felt better. a new experience for each department. compact store compared to others in the same segment. I recommend.

Arrived in Belfast with my bike, only to find an issue with the thru axle. The guys in the bike section did not know me from the next guy, but as the Trek dealer, I thought they might be the best placed for some help. They went out of their way to help and get me back on the road. I cannot thank the guys enough, it was a life saver.

Best customer service! I walked in and was greeted by friendly smiles and a lovely young man called Phil. He couldn’t be more helpful, he helped me try on new cycling shorts as I do struggle sometimes, I do know the spandex is hard to get into but he made it work. I enjoyed his customer service so much I try and come in as much as possible and the same treatment is always offered.

I was recently in the market for a new bicycle and to get back into cycling. Tried a few cycle shops and most were only interested in club riders and road bikes, and generally didn't appear all that helpful. Tried Podium 4 Sport and found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and with a great range of bikes. They let me test a few sizes and types of bikes around the large carpark to make sure I was happy with my choice yet didn't pressurise for a sale. I returned a few days later and bought a bike and some kit to go with it. Now my first choice for bikes and bike kit. They have a great range for other sports and leisure too.

An excellent shop that wasn't initially on my radar. It's located in a fairly industrial area which is not somewhere I'd considered to have a decent retail shop. The store itself is huge and covers a wide range of sports clothing and equipment. In my opinion this is the type of store that's missing from Forestside. For those who head to Forestside and need some sports gear then I'd strongly suggest driving the extra three or four minutes to check this place out. 4/5 because it is a bit pricier than the usual sports retail outlets.

Recently bought a junior bike for my son at Podium 4 sport. After a few days there was an issues with the breaks (these things happen). When I took the bike into the shop on a saturday after noon, the guys dropped what they were doing and sorted my sons bike on the spot. This place is amazing and the staff are so helpful. Picked up my new Trek Duel sport 2 here today and again the advice and service which I received from Adam was honestly 5 Stars!!! Would highly recommend this store not only for there bikes but the amount of different products and services of all sports they offer, this really is a one stop sport shop that suits every need!!!

Called in with bike that we bought at Christmas for daughter and the guy at bike area was more than helpful to fix it. Brought son's bike too and it was no trouble for them. Ended up buying some quality trainers while they fixed bikes. Pleasant staff and great store.

Excellent bike repair service. I recently snapped a gear cable on my giant road bike which left part of the cable lodged in the shifter mechanism. I’d looked at it myself but couldn’t see how to fix it. The guys at podium were very helpful and were able to remove the offending cable from the mechanism, reindex my gears etc and get me back on the road. Would definitely recommend.

Great independent sports shop. I have bought everything from a mountain bike to hockey equipment. Well worth a visit!

First visit to Podium 4 Sport this morning.I Needed some advise on running shoes. After a free gait test on a great treadmill, i was offered an array of suitable shoes at different prices. No pushy selling, very helpful, different shoes for different running styles and more importantly, budgets. Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant called Tanya. Overall a worthwhile trip and great experience. Would definitely recommend Podium 4 Sport to anyone wanting good advise and a good selection of running shoes.
