I’ve bought loads of stuff from Escape now, including a Wilderness Systems kayak, paddling clothing, and accessories, and have always been very happy with their service. Items are always dispatched very quickly and on the occasions when I’ve had to return things, the refunds have been processed quickly (you do have to pay your own postage to return them though).

I needed a new paddle, although they have online stock check, I emailed just to be sure to confirm they had the length I wanted, and they responded almost immediately. Preislich bewegte er sich bei uns im heruntergesetzen Bereich von €270 bei Onlineshops, ansonsten ehr um €329. In GB lagen die Sonderpreise im Bereich von etwa £220 (etwa x1,10 für Euro). Hier im Shop war der Preis £199,99. Diesen Shop aus Wales kannte ich vorher nicht. Die Webseite ist aber sehr ansprechend und vielseitig informativ im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen GB-Web-Shops, die erst gar nicht versuchen außerhalb von GB etwas zu verkaufen im Bereich Kanu und Wassersport oder sich da sehr schwer tun. Hier passte alles. Von der Abwicklung des Kaufs, kostenlose Lieferung ab £99, versprochener Lieferzeit Mittwoch 16.12.20 bestellt + 2-3 angezeigte Arbeitstage nach DE, Montag 21.12.202 erhalten (trotz GB-Corona-Absperrung), Lieferverfolgungsmöglichkeit von DPD, Verpackung, bis absolut neuer Ware mit Rücklieferungsschein. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, würde wieder hier kaufen und empfehle Escape Watersports gerne weiter. Erst sollte man natürlich versuchen in einem Ladengeschäft Vorort die Ware zu kaufen.
