L.I’ve bought loads of stuff from Escape now, including a Wilderness Systems kayak, paddling clothing, and accessories, and have always been very happy with their service. Items are always dispatched very quickly and on the occasions when I’ve had to return things, the refunds have been processed quickly (you do have to pay your own postage to return them though).

Z. V.I ordered for the second time and I can say simply perfect. Packages well made and fast international shipping. Fourth working day twice the goods were already at my house. Shipping has the same cost as in Italy. Advised.

I already know the article itself from trying it on here in Germany.
In terms of price, it was in the reduced range of €270 in online shops, otherwise it was around €329.
In the UK, special prices were in the region of around £220 (around x1.10 for euros). Here in the shop the price was £199.99.
I didn't know this shop from Wales before.
However, the website is very attractive and informative in a variety of ways, in contrast to many other GB web shops, which do not even try to sell anything outside of GB in the area of canoeing and water sports or which find it very difficult to do so.
Everything was perfect here. From the processing of the purchase, free delivery from £99, promised delivery time ordered Wednesday 12/16/20 + 2-3 working days indicated to DE, received Monday 12/21/202 (despite GB Corona lockdown), delivery tracking option from DPD, packaging, up to absolutely new goods with return delivery note.
I am very satisfied, would buy here again and would happily recommend Escape Watersports.
First, of course, you should try to buy the goods in a local store. In my case, unfortunately he couldn't get the goods.

I needed a new paddle, although they have online stock check, I emailed just to be sure to confirm they had the length I wanted, and they responded almost immediately. I ordered and the paddle was here next day, tracked to the door by email updates, and little more than 24 hours after initial contact. Just superb service.
