It is generally a good shop with pleasant staff. However I felt when buying these ski pants there was a bit of a limited range of brands and colours on offer. The staff were able to help me obtain some instore discount which was nice.

Fantastic service, wouldn’t consider going anywhere else other than this place. George (who served me) was super friendly and knowledgable, and took his time to explain everything about the ski boots, the fit etc despite it being busy all around. Really pleased to have come away with a proper fitting pair of ski boots!

First the negative - company wouldn't price match a pair of ski boots they had in stock to a non-uk internet price. That said Olly expertly fitted some shift bindings to my new skis - excellent knowledge and initiative especially when early communications were not great. Would definitely recommend this service and would use again

Young lad served me today about 19y old I guess. Could not have been happier with the service. He was very Knowledgable on feet, very patient. Nothing was too much trouble. Spent 1.5 hrs helping me chose ski boots. I chose to have the custom feet moulded boot soles which although expensive at £85 I would highly reconmend. If you have the spare pennys don't think about it just do it. My boots now feel like slippers almost. I didn't catch his name sorry but if you go there ask for him! Cheers mate whatever yoir name is. Give that man a raise! Also to mention, take a look at the buy back boots/ex display. Mental dicounts. My boots were discounted from around £400 to £85 and they are basically new! A few scuffs but nothing you woukdn't do after a few runs down the piste.

Ollie in the workshop did the most amazing service on my skis. Having worked in the industry I have high standards on maintaining my kit. The edges were perfect and the wax job superb. If you need your skis/boards serviced it's the best place around. Also the staff did an impressive job coping on a busy day with only a few staff in store. Johnny the store manager was ver patient with my 3 "excitable " boys. Having just returned from france the service in resort shops is shocking !

Keep your eye on the length of time you park, waiting can be excessive at the weekend during the ski season, your wait could exceed the free parking resulting in a charge of £100. Would have been excellent if staff made customers waiting aware or displayed details in store, It is easy to miss the signage when entering the car park.

Went to get ski boots fitted. Spent over four ours with one of the staff members (Richard) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and have left with a well fitting pair of boots finally!! After shopping around for boots for a few weeks in other ski stores this was genuinely the best service and prices I could find.

Great customer service. My new ski pants pocket zip broke on first day of holiday, returned to Snow & Rock as soon as I got home where i was offered a refund without any fuss. I explained I would like another pair of ski pants only to discover they didnt have any in store the young lady serving me did everything to locate a pair but all sold out throughout the company. The very helpful sales assistant (unfortunately I didn't get her name) then tried to find a similar pair in the store letting me try on numerous pairs until I was satisfied. I was very impressed with the level of customer service offered to me and would not hesitate in recommending Snow & Rock 😁

Plenty of choice but you will find the same brands and more whilst in resort and probably much cheaper. They have no real competition in the UK, whist the eurosports and other shops in resort are inundated with competition and therefore have to keep their prices competitive.
