I have been there lots of times from last three weeks to pick up things for my kids. This place has amazing sale going on at the moment. I have bought things in past and not a thread is out of place still !! Managed very well and social distancing in place. Sanitizer at the entrance. Staff very polite and very helpful. My favorite in the local market.

I might be bias but I really like this shop. Always some good offers available. I bought my ski jacket and trauser from them. I have been using them for 4 seasons already. Good quality but I chose top range. Got them on sale so very good price. Both pieces under£ 150 which is very good for this quality.

I’m not a huge one for leaving feedback. However, will only bother if I have encountered really good or really poor service. Bought a jacket from another store recently, however the Cardiff , llanishen store is by far my local. After a couple of quality issues with said jacket took back to llanishen store. If I said friendly, helpful and accommodating it would be an understatement. Only a coat for walking the dog, however just had to take replacement jacket back as same issue as first one. Yet again Fantastic service from staff, nothing too much trouble... All staff here really polite and accommodating. After meeting the manager( after he went out of his way to apologise) it’s obvious the great attitude of the store her is passed down from the management. End of the day it was just a cheap coat for walking the dog. However, the service I have received is a 100% better than when I have paid £400 for a North Ridge coat. Really impressed.

Popped in to look at water bottles. They had what I wanted but will wait till next month as I have a 20% off voucher. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Parking is free but the car park can be a bit of a nightmare to get out of at busy times.

BRECON EXTREME VIBRAM WATERPRO £95 Leather boots I bought specifically for walking in urban areas and to prevent my feet getting wet. I've found that I have a soaked foot because of the build up of sweat which is understandable but leaves me with with the same problem.
