S. J.Fantastic set up, we met the father and son who run the shop. Excellent friendly honest service. Genuinely interested where we are from in Norwich what sport we were doing. Genuinely excellent place to go. Helpful friendly service. Definitely worth the trip down from Norwich for such a good experience.
O. H.Can't recommend them enough, very knowledgeable and with customer service that is unparalleled. I bought a SUP from them over a year ago, at the time they inflated the one I wanted so I could see it, and when I went back to buy life jackets the recognised me and gave me a good price on the jackets. However it was recently I was blown away. My pump had an O-ring fail and I called them to see if they had a spare for when I got back from holiday and they overnighted me a replacement O-ring free of charge to the Lake District! And that was over a year after I bought my board! Unheard of in this day and age.
