Good for all your track suit tops & light weight t shirts. Many other sporting things to buy as well.

Went into day. No staff to ask for help. Only one young lady who was helping everyone. The other staff in a corner having a brief with mangment. I had to ask for help the manager was very in helpful. The lady on the till was very nice and polite . I work in retail and may priority is Customer Service. That is what keeps business going.

I find it odd that the womens stuff is alot more expensive ,but what they sell is brand names and you pay for the names ,I got 2 t-shirt s from the mens section with brand names but were cheaper . Lots of selection ,but if your prepared to pay the price its worth it

Sports direct have an obvious one way system set up, which is reassuring. The tills have 'in and out' lines which work well too. The staff are all wearing masks and are happy to help when asked.

I had to search inside the store for help and even then I was met with no hello just `yes?` In both stores the staff seemed to be allowed to be doing what they want with the attitude of having to be there rather than want to be. A very large selection of everything means customer service is a must and rewarded in company profits.I suggest the management look into this unless the business is closing down then they have the correct staff in place.
