I ordered a hilleberg staika from Nordic and it arrived the next day. Excellent service thankyou guys. What an amazing tent this is. I was Impressed with my soulo but this tent is something else. Will definitely be ordering from you’s again

Fantastic customer service. Was contacted by the store to inform me the item I had ordered was faulty, and unfortunately the last one they had. Being far south of the border I wasn't in the ideal position of being able to choose an item hands-on; it had to be specific: a Gransfors Bruks axe (mini hatchet) to add to my set and I wanted it Goldilocks (just right) as per grain pattern in the shaft. I can't say enough for the helpfulness of these guys, one of whom went into the stores and selected one out of what sounded like a plentiful stock and which exceeded all expectations - it's an absolute gem. With Gransfors you have to be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for the world's best, but the price was the most reasonable I could find out there. Nordic's service was great, it arrived less than 48hrs after ordering and I reckon I'll be using these guys from now on. Thanks Nordic :)

Great place to buy Nordic outdoor equipment. This particular branch is dedicated to tents so if you are looking for clothing and most accessories then visit one of the other branches.
