What can I say? Brilliant day out! For it being my first ever time on a paddle board, Ally set our minds at ease at the start, then Rachel was so patient and gave lots of support while on the water! I'm a tall, curvy lady, so if I can do it, get yourself out there! All kit is provided with excellent guidance on what to look for if you're buying your first kit. Can't wait to try it again, gain more confidence and hopefully join in on one of the socials😊💦❤️

Fab company! We rented 3 boards from them and had an absolute blast. Ally showed us how to use them and we were good to go. It’s so handy too- just along the road from us. The kit bag comes with absolutely everything you need and Ally was just an email or txt away if you needed anything. Such a reasonable price too for the length of time you get the boards. Boards were good quality and you felt so safe on them on the water. We went to the White Loch near Newton Mearns and then to the Canal at Auchinstarry. We all want to get our own Paddle Boards now after trying them out! Thank you so much to Ally and the Glasgow Paddleboarders Co! We hope to be back for lessons or rentals again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A group of friends and I went out with Glasgow Paddleboarders for an adventure tour on Loch Venechar at the start of June. I've been paddleboarding for a while but never fully confident on the board. Ally showed me how to move around on the board while standing, taught me how to paddle better and even had me racing for the first time ever! At the end of the tour, we practiced different self rescue techniques. This helped me a lot as I'm a curvy girl and have always found this difficult. I've been practicing this self rescue since and what a difference! Great chat and banter throughout the whole tour, total inclusion, everyone was learning something new and there was plenty of laughter. And the bonus point, all kit was provided with the tour. It was great to try out different boards. Wetsuits and PFDs provided. Would love another adventure with Glasgow Paddleboarders soon!

Just back from a great weekend with Glasgow Paddleboarders Co and Ally our instructor for the WSA SUP Foundation Instructor course. Very relaxed atmosphere even though there had been assessment elements build into the course it never felt we were under pressure. Learned loads of new, interesting skills and fine-tuned already learned bits. After 2 days I felt that I made a huge jump in my confidence and skills on the SUP. Highly recommend Ally and the Glasgow Paddleboarders Co for anything SUP related. Booked already my next course for end of September and the Adventure guide is in planning for next spring. Recently attended an Intro to Sup session and I'm so glad I did! Had a great time out with the grouo and the instructor Mark was brilliant explaining everything and giving advice and tips which were very helpful! I bought a board last year and had been out in my own a few times before this class but definitely found my confidence and SUP ability increased after it! I would highly recommend this class to everyone 😊

Had an amazing fun filled adventure day on Loch Achray with Ally and a group of friends . His attention to detail and safety for all as well as his instruction and passion for the sport , ensuring everyone had the best time is so obvious. Great day today paddle boarding on the Loch. Ally is a fab instructor and felt safe with him as this was my first time. If you fancy giving it a go would recommend the Glasgow Paddleboarders.

Went along on Sunday the 28th Aug for my first leason. Mark was the instructor who put everyone at ease and showed us all how to paddleboard successfully. The Instructor Mark was kind, knowledgeable and clearly new his stuff. Great way to learn with others and instructed by a qualified and capable person.

Fantastic Day out with GPB Co. I've been paddle boarding a few times with instructors but this was by far the best experience. I feel I learned so much about my technique and how to get back on ( when I fell off :) Ally is great craic and really passionate about paddle boarding. Can't wait for the next outing !

We went out for an introductory lesson with Paul on Thursday and had a brilliant time. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and great fun to go out with. We had never been paddle boarding before but he explained everything really easily and we were up and along the canal in no time. Can’t wait to get out again and already obsessed with googling paddle boards. Can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re thinking about it, just do it you won’t regret it!

Had the most amazing day today paddling up at Applecross Wharf, the second time with the group today after I had a little crisis of confidence. The instructors were just amazing and so reassuring. Can not recommend Glasgow Paddleboarders enough!! Went out on an adventure tour of Loch Lomond today and it was bliss. Ally has a great knowledge of the area and was full of great facts. Better still were the great tips - sharing knowledge that will ensure you are safe out on the water and understand how to plan yourself too. I've gone from someone who could barely stand on a board to feeling confident and competent thanks to the whole Glasgow Paddleboarders Team.

I have had both a fantastic family lesson and amazing adventure tour of Loch Lomond with Glasgow Paddleboarders. The family lesson taught the basics and got everyone up and going whilst the adventure tour developed my skills concentrating on safety, appreciating conditions on open water, paddle stroke technique and different methods of self rescue whilst undertaking a thoroughly enjoyable tour of the islands with our knowledgeable guide Ally. I have been on two Loch Lomond SUP holidays organised jointly by Glasgow Paddleboarders & Josh The SUP Guide. Fantastically organised, all inclusive with a relaxed friendly vibe. We had a chance to work on technique, try our different kit, explore Scotish waters and make friends. Would recommend to everyone who enjoys SUP! Ally is a wonderful instructor and so inspiring (can't wait to read his book!).
