I booked in to the +runlab analysis and shoe fitting service, which was fantastic. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, and helped me pick my first pair of proper running shoes. I've had the shoes for a few weeks now and they are great! 100% would recommend, and will definitely be returning. Thanks Run4it!

Is more than a normal shoes shop. I have tried many different shoes with the guys making a video of how I was running. They gave me precious advices on how my feet land and what was the best shoe that for me better. Go there with shorts you are gonna sweat a bit :)

Recently took up running a couple of months back. I wasn't sure if I was wearing the right shoes as I was getting slight injuries with the Nike ones I was wearing. I was put on the treadmill for analysis and left with a far more comfortable pair which felt a lot better instantly, great shop and great staff

Went along on Tuesday 1st June 1015 appointment- I received great customer service off the staff member assisting me , his name has gone young guy late 20s early 30s dark hair . Took me through different types of running trainers and talked me through using the treadmill in store , he had good knowledge on the brands I was enquiring about - the store itself was clean stocked and tidy - I was able to find out I require a structured running shoe but unfortunately the store did not stock colours I was looking for - staff member showed other items on iPad none of which I liked the colours of - only downfall was the stock is limited and colours not to my preference great service though felt at ease

Specialised and focused personal service. Andrew found me a great pair of shoes for my wide feet at a decent price! This was a treat to myself for my birthday and I couldn’t be more pleased! I will be back for my next pair!

First time visit to this store for good quality running shoes as I’m new to running and wanted to invest in a decent pair now that I’m running regularly I made an appointment and went soon after and the staff member was helpful checking my gait etc on the treadmill I selected trainers which feel comfortable but haven’t run in them yet as want to be sure they are right for me (indoors) . Enjoy my visit to Giffnock Run4it, the boys knew their stuff and were friendly and helpful. I have shopped online a number of times but this time I chose to visit for the +RUNLAB ANALYSIS which I haven't done for years. Pick up a pair of New Balance and looking forward to trying them once the calf strain settles down.

Really great service and helped me to find the right shoes to help me with shin splints. I was able to see on the screen really clearly what the problems was. The staff member was very patient and tried 3 different pairs of running shoes explaining the difference and letting me see on the screen if they would help correct the problems I was having. Would recommend to anyone taking up running or having pains or problems while running.

Just picked up my new running shoes after the gait analysis. Fantastic service on both visits. The shop has adapted perfectly to social distancing. All done by appointment so make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great selection of shoes for all types of running. The run lab is great for analysing how I run, and even though the staff spend a fair amount of time on this along with letting me try a selection of shoes I never feel pressured.

Excellent experience shopping here post COVID! Appointment only so only person there at the time with Luke looking after me and plenty of hand sanitizer. Got to try on lots of different shoes and get the run analysis on the treadmill meaning the shoes are really the best for me! Also got a call afterwards saying they had over charged me due to a system error - so a discount wasn’t applied at the time. They didn’t have to do this, so really appreciate the honesty! A great experience.

Excellent service provided, Being fairly new to running I should have booked a runlab appointment to find out what I actually needed rather than just buying a pair of Adidas ultraboost which I though would have been suitable! On the treadmill the video footage showed I over pronate & needed a stability shoe. Tried Hoka, Saucony & Brooks shoes, eventually decided on the Brooks GTS 21. Thanks again for your time & would highly recommend a runlab appointment.

I went to Run4It, at the weekend, for the first time to get a running analysis for a pair of running trainers and I had a great customer experience. I was given a brief but clear explanation what they would check before suggesting trainers. Once I knew what type of trainers I was looking for I was shown 3 different pairs, encouraged to try them on and have a test and check on the treadmill. At no point during my time in the shop did I feel pressured / expected to buy anything. As I said before it was a great customer experience.

I would just like too thank Nicole for fantastic service and help . Confusion due too a mix up with gift cards . The Glasgow store had previously sorted this in part , unfortunately the problem had occurred for the remainder of the balance . It seemed I was £50 short and had too pay cash balance on a pair On cloud flow . 10 mins after leaving the giffnock store Nicole phones too say that the issue would be amended as she had took it upon herself too get too the bottom of this and I had not complained or asked for that !
