M. D.Had loads of amazing help and advice from the fabulous Sophie who really went out of her way to help us kit out a new camper van, and actually clocked an issue with the van’s gas hob
along with a recommendation to sort it, which we did right away. Had some interactions with the other staff and they were cool, but have to say Sophie was a credit to the company 🤩
They had a really impressive selection of gear in the store - didn’t know this place existed and was glad to get everything we needed all in one place.
Grabbed a cooked breakfast from the cafe too which was nicely done 👍
B.Well, where to start... From initial call through to final purchase Douglas and the other Staff at Attwoolls were super. Knowledge and the down sell on the tent i wanted was really refreshing. Talking me out of wasting 1600 quid on a MASSIVE tent and selling me something more suitable gave me not only surplus budget for accessories but the confidence to return for additional products in the future. Well done team, we really appreciate you.
As for our purchase. Vango Stargrove TC is the ideal tent for a small family and a dog. Pitched in 12 mins single handed and is easy to pack away.
S. C.Well worth a visit if looking for camping gear. Great range of items, we were searching for chairs and they had a huge assortment to try and after doing a lot of researched on the internet they were cheaper than Amazon. They are 10 minutes from the M5 junction, the cakes and toasties are very tasty.👍
M. W.Happy to give this place 5 stars as they've always seen us well. Latest visit developed a hiccup which resulted in an extra journey but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently leaving me more than happy. A wide selection of products can keep you occupied and the staff seem to be on the ball.
H. i.Slightly disappointed with our visit today. Rather untidy and unorganised displays. Limited choice of tents / awnings - we are aware it’s the end of the camping season however we assumed a shop like this would have stock all year round. We stopped for coffee which was pleasant nothing special but ok. Plenty of parking spaces and disabled parking spaces available. Full disability access throughout and disabled toilets.
J. G.Conveniently located just off M5. Big car park. Huge shop with excellent selection of camping, caravan and motorhome accessories. Also large selection of seats, tables, etc plus tent display. Clothing selection was a little poor though.
A. G.Attwoolls have been here for years and with good reason. Even with the internet age of cheap products they have good information, range, customer service and price. My wife needed a tarpaulin and they had exactly what she needed and I wanted a gas canister for my soto camping stove. The gas canister alone was worth the effort of going for a look at half Amazon's price! Also being able to look at the tarp and thickness etc was good too. It was easy enough to find things and also a good amount of on site parking. There is also a cafe. Although we didn't use it, it did seem very busy
d. f.Probably the best camping and outdoor shop around. Great array of tents and gazebos and other products. Plenty of staff to help out. Ample parking and area for motorhomes.
