Evoflow has been amazing. From the moment I found that they had the rowing machine I wanted, right up until long after my warranty with them has expired and I called upon Dan for help. Dan has been super helpful throughout this entire period. Fantastic and timely communication, outstanding customer service, top notch product and all round excellent business/service. I couldn’t recommend this business enough for your concept 2 rowing machine needs. I will never go anywhere else now. Any more service or upgrade needs I will be going straight back to Dan. Received my Evo III rowing machine from Evoflow in November. I have to say, it is a very well built machine with comfortable seat and a really good, ergonomic handle design. It is easy on your wrist and in general on all the joints. I do recommend to read the instruction booklet carefully and follow the maintenance procedures as that will ensure this lovely equipment will last you for a long time. It's been very easy to assemble with an allen key and the instructions that comes in the box with the machine.

If you want a smooth, comfortable, well built rowing machine you could do a lot worse than the Evo3. I have no doubt this machine could hold its own in a public gym environment so should give many years of hassle free use in your home. The Evo flow 3 is a very well built piece of kit. This machine is tough, professionally engineered and smooth - it isn't going to fall apart after a few months of use. Evo flow doesn't have the kudos of Concept 2 but this machine is way up there in terms of quality and performance. Plus Dan and the team at Evo-Flow are good at communicating. So thumbs up all round.

I recently purchased a Concept 2 model C from Dan at Evoflow. He responded to my questions promptly, and was easy to communicate with. There was a bit of an issue with the delivery company so it arrived a couple of days later than expected but Dan let me know what was going on.
