Part of the JD sports group, outdoorsy gear at reasonable prices from Rab, Berghouse, Regatta etc. Friendly knowledgeable staff and not pushy sales to get your hard earned cash. I visited my local store in Aintree on a Saturday which was surprisingly quiet but well stocked.

Staff very helpful and polite thank you. Went in asked for a product and was taken straight to the product. Assistant explained the product and I purchased 2 as assistant explained it was on offer not advertised anywhere so I took the offer and saved nearly £10. You got a new customer from that service, keep up the great work.

Staff very helpful, wife needed her first pair of walking boots. Nothing was too much trouble she tried on pair after pair, eventually found some that were perfect for her. Very good store got the boots at a good price too, as they price matched go outdoors.

We only called in on a whim as we had been out shopping for a couple of hours & were just passing. There were a few people in the shop. Plenty of room to browse & still respect social distancing. The staff members we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us a couple of verbal comparisons of items via their own personal use of them and helped us select items to try on. I found a very good first time I've been in there found staff very helpful very pleasant I was recommended to go there by Andy who I met every morning we meet on the beach take the dogs for a walk . I bought 3 and 1 berghaus all weather jackets that I was told would be suitable for my meditations in Anglesey wen it's stormy wet and windy will find out waterproof breathable over pants as well I II fleece as well for £ 220.00
