Purchased a Rehband UD X-Stable knee brace for a ski trip. Thanks to the extremely helpful advice from the staff, I was able to enjoy all 6 days skiing without any troubles & would highly recommend shopping here rather than online! Thank you so much.

Got fantastic help and advice on my new tennis racket. Every person in the store is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive racket but one that suited me best. If you're confused with the choice online see these guys and they will help you. After letting me borrow 2 different rackets to try out I couldn't be happier with the one they recommended.

I just recently ordered a Parajumpers jacket and I could not have been more happy with the whole experience. I made a mistake on my order and they corrected it at no extra cost. This great attitude is so rare to come by these days - me and my family order a lot from many different online retailers from many countries, but this has been one of the top experiences! I was a loyal customer for Altimus Retailers it is very impressive with their customer service on phones and email they are so helpful and really willing to get you the product you need. I have been going back and forth on my decision for a while so I have been on the phone and had email exchanges with Five plus customer service advisers and they have all been so so helpful and polite. It has made the whole experience very easy, clear and enjoyable.

I have recently purchased a parajumpers right hand man parka from this establishment, and I am very pleased with it. Firstly customer service was very good and not pushy. Secondly (being a difficult customer) that I am on occasions, I often require some guidance and reassurance. I hate to make ill informed purchases. Our shop assistant (jay) was happy to assist and answer any questions I had on the product thoroughly. I do ask many. The product was everything he said it would be. Just one thing, which is more of an upside. The parajumpers right hand man is more functional in an urban jungle and great when out on country walks than the Expedition Canada Goose. The Expedition Canada Goose is much warmer. I would not dream of wearing this Parka around the city for fear of cooking myself. But the Goose on a mountain top at -30 I would not swap it. Again I am very happy with my purchase. many thanks will pop and see you again.many thanks

Great customer service....but sorry no longer in Reading. They have a great range of stock but I am most happy about their orthodics service. I had a pair made about 5 years ago - they were very expensive BUT they have lasted and I have been able to remould them every 12-18 months. Just had them remoulded in the High Street Kennsington Store and they are so comfortable...and NO PAIN IN MY KNEE when I play tennis. Many thanks to Jay and the team.
