Spoke to Derek on the phone last week about getting a trophy engraved for a stag do event. I came down to the store and he really helped me out by suggesting various options before we settled on one. I came down again today and they are able to make 25 custom made medals with engraving (and my mates face on them!) whilst I have a cup of tea and look through their amazing array of other trophies - which I imagine I will be purchasing several of over the next few months. Lovely people, great service.
