o. o.Great collection, great staff, great customer service. Most satisfied as a customer. I returned a pair of shoes which meant to be waterproof but weren't in heavy rains. The staff was very helpful and they replaced them with a new pair just by showing them the receipt. I call that customer service at its best.

D. M.Highly recommended. Being the only Columbia store in the UK, it was impressive that all the items i was after were in stock in multiple sizes. It's worth visiting as the sizes tend to generally be quite big.. e.g. I'm a M in most sizes but an S at Columbia.
I called up before popping into store and spent 15mins talking through different jackets and options available. Pete is brilliant and his product knowledge is second to none - ask for him if you're unsure as these products can be quite technical.
In-store his service was fantastic. Staff very helpful, enough that they're always there to ensure the perfect fit and suitability, but never overselling.
It's my first Columbia product, will certainly visit again. Normally I don't review when I buy a coat however having filtered through TNF, Canada Goose, Arcteryx and all the brands you find in your typical outdoor stores, Columbia were the clear standout.
Review was written walking in a -5 degree snow shower wearing the Columbia Keg II Down jacket. Top notch.

R. “. O.I travelled quite far to get to this store. I had been looking at their clothes online mostly so wanted to see them in real life to try on for size. But most of the clothes online aren't in store so a bit disspapointing.
As its their only store youd think they have a larger range of mens clothing on display! Maybe a ground floor for women's clothes and upstairs for men's like many clothes shops do.
But the layout was such that the men's and women's clothes were bunched together and at times I didn't know what I was looking at
