Large new store at the Gunnersbury Station end of Chiswick High Road. Full range of everything outdoor clothing and equipment shoes etc. I thought that they had a really good choice on offer. Help and service from staff was good. I will definitely use the shop again.

Very nicely laid out store with large variety of products and good stock. went in for some walking/hiking shoes. the staff were great - in particular Jaoquin who helped with answering our many questions and being of great service - nothing was too difficult for him. It was nice to see great customer service in the store as other staff members had the same great attitude. nice to experience and keep up the great work!

Helpful staff but the selection on offer is uninspiring and overpriced. If you need to kit up for an adventure i would recommend pretty much anywhere else. What a shame as Cotswold used to be great.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially as shoe shopping I normally find akin to one of Dante’s level of hells due to my funny shaped feet. The store itself has a nice, positive atmosphere that inspires me to go on more adventures outdoors (I’m sure this feeling will pass and I’ll return to spending my weekends watching Netflix, but that’s not the stores fault!)

Lovely staff with a well stocked store. Staff are always on hand to help and show you what else is in store without being salesy. I went in to buy a pair of gloves because I lost mine and I found these all weather waterproof ones which are compatible with touchscreens. My hands are permanently cold but it has actually kept me warm. So glad I got them 😀

They have clothing, footware, packs and a few bits and pieces to kit out a hike but lack the true camping gear that you'd want to see in person. The sales associates were prompt and helpful.

Always excellent service in this store. I feel like they have room to stock a few more things as there is enough space on the shop floor to. It’s never too busy as it’s location is on the less busy side of the high road. Ideal for click & collect if buying from their website too

Friendly, knowledgeable staff as you would expect to find in Cotswolds. Nice new fit out. Good range in store from the basic for the first time DofE walker to the more seasoned walker. Good store to order stuff to as there are a few places near by you can park a car just to pop in.

Either staff were insufficiently trained or they have an inefficient system to process the exchange af faulty goods. It took 10-15 mins to exchange one item.
