C. C.I went in for a ski boot fitting and received fantastic service from Rob, who very patiently and knowledgeably took me through the process of selecting suitable boots for my foot shape and size. He sorted me with custom insoles, a boot bag, poles, and adjusted the bindings on the skis I’d ordered into store so that they’d fit my new boots. Good service is a bit of a rarity nowadays so it really made my day to visit the store (plus the excitement of new ski gear :)!
