b. m.This is a really brilliant idea, the weights fit into pockets in the garments, they fit really snugly and don't move around when you exercise. I bought all the pieces, they're excellent quality and very comfortable, in the winter I wore the base layer with the jacket over the top. Now that it's warmer I just wear the leggings and the jacket. The use of the arm weights has made a difference to the tone of my arms. I think this is great, love it

I have the leggings, top and jacket and have worn all separately and all together, depending on what workout I'm doing. From walking to running, HIIT to pilates, I just add as many of the flexible weights as I need. Such an amazing concept!
