Stopped in the shop a couple of months ago and spoke to MANSUE about my plans to visit France & ride through to Spain on my bike.
His knowledge and understanding was immense, he promptly advised me and kitted my bike out with all I needed, he put in a full service and got all spares I would possibly need for such a trip, my bike rides like a dream now.
All done promptly in an hour or so.
What a nice chap & totally trustworthy, so much so my friend who now want to come with me got a bike so I took that there to MANSUE to work his magic on, we got the same result and he even sorted out a problem with a faulty gear change he identified & we was not aware of.
The costs were surprisingly low, Mansue and his team were so quick & accommodating not to mention so nice to chat to...
Thank you so much, I will never go anywhere else from now on.
As a retail manager myself I could not speak more highly of Mansue and his outlet.

S.I went there with my broken bike and the service was super friendly. They were not able to order a special part for my bike and ended up offering the diagnostic service for free so I could take it somewhere else to fix it.
