Awesome giant sports direct. Great staff, great products, I just found it a little cramped inside at times. The store was fairly empty but there isn't much space between lots of the racks to manoeuvre around

Is a huge store that can at sometimes be chaotic and so buzy that it is not worth the hassle to persevere. However for its.locations the prices are.quite reasonable. The staff is friendly but you need to make the first mouse as they don't come to ask you if f you need any help.

It's a very good place with plenty of choices for sporting goods, you can literally find everything in here and the most unusual thing is even though it's right in the middle of central London based in Piccadilly you would think because of a heavily traffic of tourists the prices would be astronomical however they've kept true to reasonable prices so that is very refreshing to see. However it's literally a nightmare maneuvering around as the shop is based over I think 4 or 5 floors and if you have an issue walking I'm afraid it is quite difficult as the lifts are quite small and being in central London you can imagine the foot traffic and people trying to get ahold of the lift almond thousands of people

Decent. Not the best «outlet prices», but still a very good service.

A nice sports store for English sports, English teams, and general sports clothing brands like Adidas and Puma. Was disappointed by their limited NFL selection of teams - they only had Giants, Patriots, Raiders, Eagles, Steelers, Jaguars, Vikings, and Packers; no Cowboys. But it's England, so I'll let them slide. I was lucky to go there during a sale - got myself a Manchester United (I like the team) scarf and mug for a good price.

Large, cheap, better and excellent location. Perhaps one stop destination for all sports needs in London. Store is so huge that you'd have almost all possible options of sports shopping. Staff are not very attentive but they're good when you approach them. Prices are always touch lesser than other high street shops. Though it's a subsidiary of Sportsdirect, it stands out for the excellent location and the infrastructure. I've been here to buy my cricket stuffs and never disappointed with the stock and also the price.

It's just another Sports Direct super store using the Lillywhites Brand name. They cram as many items into the store as they can. The Lillywhites I used to know had specialist Sports Departments with proper displays. And you can speak to someone who was passionate about the Sport. This store is like shopping in a stacked up warehouse.

This is a sports direct store under the lillywhites brand. But it is a very big store!! There are plenty of different clothing and shoes for all kinds of sports. The majority staff are very good as well. Would recommend.

Freaking awesome! 6 floors of sporting goods and equipment. Jerseys, kits, footwear, balls, gym wear ... Was only able to do a run through of the football section on the 2nd Floor. Would need a whole day to explore. Definitely visiting again. Wow!

You can't miss this outlet if you are stopping at Piccadilly via the tube. Great location as you will definitely see the big Lillywhites sign as you exit the station. There is a lot of collection, full range from running to football to rugby and hiking, etc. Lots of team jerseys available. The running shoes selection from various brands are great way to start touring the store, as it is located on the ground floor. Also plenty of choices for kids as well.

My wife and I went to Lillywhite’s yesterday to buy a pair of running shoes. On the 1st floor, there were 5 employees on the floor, only communicating with each other, unless customers found them and asked them a question - which, twice for us and twice for other customers, the answer from the employees was a casual pointed finger and an ‘Over there’ response! Frustrated by the lack of engagement, I wanted to leave, but my wife convinced me to take a look up on the sixth floor before we gave up on Lillywhite’s forever. I’m glad we did! On the sixth floor, we were greeted by an exceptional employee whose was one of the most knowledgeable employees I’ve ever met in any retail store! His name is Silviu. If you want to know about the best running shoe for your particular style or you have problems w pronation, for instance, and you don’t want to waste your time trying on 15 pairs of shoes before guessing which to buy; find Silviu and he will take care of you straight away! My wife and I have over 50 years of combined experience in Retail, so we know exceptional service and employee engagement when we see it. If Lillywhite’s senior management had any sense at all, they should immediately promote Silviu to a position where he is in charge of all training customer facing employees.

Came here when I could not find something at their sister store Sports Direct on Oxford Street. Store layout is on different levels and a bit narrow and awkward. Exterior grandness of building does not translate to interior, but lots of stock. Good selection and bargains.

Mostly good prices for sports gear and clothes. Alway packed with tons of tourists looking for cheap stuff. Only annoying thing is the security personal scanning everybody inside the shop as a possible threat. But they're just doing their job. Worth a visit if you're in London.

Difficult to find a bigger sports goods store in London, but it's almost always uncomfortably packed, and because it caters to just about every sport or athletic interest, its stock isn't necessarily very deep for any one thing. For example, its range of martial arts/boxing supplies is fairly limited. Its shoe selection is very deep though, and the sizes they have are listed, so you don't need to keep asking.

I didn't know it was Sports Direct, the name put me off as it sounds like a fancy store but inside it's the same chaotic mess as Sport Direct. BUT It's a lot cheaper, I was actually redirected there by a staff member at a different Sports Direct branch who saved me £20 on a £70 pair of trainers. Most of the other items are a lot cheaper than their main stores too. There is an outdoor section hidden away on a mezzanine floor where you can get cheap camping equipment, hiking boots and bags etc. It's not haute couture but it's much cheaper than anywhere else for top brands like Nike.

Very large selection of items, great location and easy to find being right on the corner. The staff at times can get rude and other times are very nice. My main complaint about this place is the numbers on the football jersey, it is very poor quality and make sure you take a look at some examples before buying one.

Uhm, I'm not exactly a sports fanatic so when I was invited to a tennis game that I couldn't turn down the offer for, I had to get hold of some clothes and shoes asap. This seemed like the most popular place offering the widest variety of famous sports brands so I decided I'd find what I was looking for there among other places and I was right. I found everything I needed at affordable rates and if I didn't impress with the skills of a tennis star, at least I looked the part.

From the outside the store looks quite small. But there are 6 more floors above the ground floor! For a sports store to be this big in Piccadilly Circus is amazing. This store stocks for so many sports; from running to boating. It is owned by sports direct so the prices are not too bad but the quality is not too great but if you need any sports related equipment you will probably find it here. Downside is there are a lot of stairs to climb! Couldn't find a lift but I presume they would have one. There's a view down at Piccadilly Circus from a small window on the sixth floor.

Huge store distributed among 6 floors. Only two small lifts to serve the whole. With só much on offer is difficult to find what you are looking for. They stock mayor brands of products but on a cheaper price, don't expect any latest trends here though. No refunds policy, only exchange or vouchers replacement is allowed. Staff seems to be in shortage and they aren't always as helpful as you want, perhaps too much for them to handle at once. Always crowded on weekends.

I usually come here to get my sports equipment. Im an avid badminton player and the store has the racquet sports section on the upper floor. The re-stringing service is cheap, at £10.00 compared to some other services which costs up to £30.00. The service is great and the staff are knowledgeable. There is great deal of choices and competitive pricing. I would say shopping here is very convenient.

Not bad as sports stores go, but layout is illogical with similar items being split in different levels. Fine if you want to walk around and no doubt it encourages that, but if you know what you want, you'll almost definitely have to ask for directions to find it.

Bought Wellies from here at a very affordable price. They served me great during the cold and wet months and lasted quite some time, surprisingly for their price. Great place to go for a pair of Keen's. Their staffs are experts so you can get all your questions answered before buying! They also have a great selection of winter boots, hiking, running, trail running shoes. We often pick up products to protect our boots and shoes because it is so handy when you need to waterproof some new shoes but ran out of the spray. They also have the gear for winter coming up with Smartwool socks, hats, gloves, etc. A good spot to pick up Nokomis, Lake Nokomis, etc branded shirts and sweatshirts as well as gifts for babies and little kids.
