I went to the shop hopping to find a shoes for my problematic feet. I didn’t say anything, stall normally are not interested m, but greatly surprised when Vincent began asking me questions to find out about my problem. Vincent lovingly went the extra mile to help me and find the shoes for me. Also, Greta was very helpful helping me to set a Nike account to benefit from my purchase. I hope the rest of the team have received the same customers service training.

I normally don't write review that much but this one, i wanted to share my review as the stuff at Nike store at Westfield Shepherd's Bush was extremely helpful and solution oriented. I brought them very difficult case in terms of refunding and the team was so helpful and tried to find a solution that would make both sides happy. thanks team and Kev (i think the i heard that name:)) Yagmur

Not sure if I went in on a bad day or not but I just went to collect an order and the staff were so offish and very unwelcoming. The woman who fetched my order didn't smile once, literally handed me my order and said "here you go" that's it. When I initially walked in, I clearly was looking for someone to talk to and 3 staff members saw me and continued with their conversation. I walked up to the till and the guy was lovely and actually provided customer service. Its a shame really tbh, Nike are usually great with their service.

Had a great experience in the Nike shop, that resulted in the purchase of some new running shoes. The shoes that were recommended to me by an extremely helpful young man named Prince; absolutely perfect. He took various medical and support factors into consideration, demonstrating a thorough understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service. I was so chuffed to be walking out in such style without sacrificing comfort and support.

Staff were excellent overall. They were very knowledgeable and we're happy to help. It's a shame that there aren't many different colourways of shoes available, since this made it a lot harder to figure out what colour shoes I wanted to buy.

I'm a big Nike fan and I went here to return a few items I had previously purchased from a different branch. The girls in this store were AMAZING so so friendly and I mean going above and beyond. They were really attentive and patient with us, even though the store was relatively busy. I didn't go upstairs but they have men's and kids upstairs and on ground floor it's ladies wear. A great selection for quite a small store with changing room facilities. Ended up doing an exchange and was so simple. Great service from the staff and obviously great products from Nike. Top store 🤩🤩 oh yeah great selection of socks 🥳

Visited this store yesterday to exchange a pair of Jordans.with my son. Best experience I have had in a store for a very long time thanks to Nicole. Showed me how to use the new app with ease. The top that I wanted was not available in my size, which is understandable considering the time of year and how close it is to Christmas. However, I was very pleased when a member of staff told me that I could order the top and pay for it in the store. The top arrived at my house just 48 hours later and I could have chosen for it to have been delivered to any address in the country for no additional cost.

Well, all I can say, is have patience. Very busy store, with very nice staff. Took about an hour to choose what I like. But that wasn't due to the service. It was just me being difficult. Nike are generally a bit more expensive, so I knew what my budget was before entering. Purchased a pair of Nike Odyssey React Flyknit 2 Women's Running Shoes. .5 of a size than normal. But they feel nice on, and look good to look at. Nike, I think you need a bigger store. The space is slightly restricted. Best products as always but staff too busy chatting amongst themselves when it's clearly very busy and no sale items on the floor while online it's a plethora of choices on sale. Best thing to do is to try things on store, and buy them from their online stock at nearly half price!

One of the best Nike stores I've ever seen

Great customer service. They could not do enough for us .Very helpful. All the young people really knew there stuff on high end nike shoes. Also NBA tops at great price. Had to take a top back and they returned all money no fuss or dramas. Brought some siiiick shoes.

Range of products not as comprehensive as other Nike stores

More expensive than if you buy your trainers at a shop that sells many brands. The choice is quite small (it's not as big as a Nike shop in London). Not sure the advice is that good ie what kind of shoe for your body type or if you have weak knees or feet issues. Seem their answer are pretty much made up.

I tried on some really nice shoes when suddenly my dad who left me eight years ago gave me some sticky mayonnaise looking sauce and I was like woah I really like mayonnaise so I went to Burger King to get a burger and remove everything but the mayonnaise when suddenly my dead hamster nibbles said I was a fat sausage roll and my uncle with 6 legs had died of ligma then my aunt Cheryl said her peepee itches and shriek done take the L on the non AirPod peasants ant touched my wiener then I produced the sticky mayonnaise.

Friendly and helpful staff in the Nike store in Westfield which is always a good thing. Mens is downstairs and ladies is upstairs. The shop is set up more like an exercise shop than most Nike stores with a focus on running gear which is good. There is also a booth where you can design and order custom Nike runners.
