Beau and alex where in the store yesterday, when we had drove all the way from middlesex. They where amazing so friendly, and went above and beyond for us, as the store was about to close, and then when the gentleman was about to leave he stayed just because my little girl freya asked for juggling he didnt disappoint, she spoke about them both all the way home. Visiting Oddballs in Camden was a highlight of our trip to London yesterday. The staff welcomed us in and encouraged us to explore the very interesting items on sale. They were full of interesting nuggets of information and happy to demonstrate tricks - the flower stick juggling was fantastic! My son had an impromptu juggling lesson in the shop, and has been out in the garden this morning trying out his new skills! Thanks, guys, you are a great example of how customer service should be - I am sure we will be back!

Took my 2 girls in store after passing some very cool retro roller-skates in the window. The shop itself is so colourful and inviting and the service was friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn't proceed with a purchase but I would 100% recommend stopping and having a look around.

Edit; I did end up going in and it is a pretty incredible store. Multiple types of unicycles, skateboards, mini bikes, juggling equipment and fire spinning toys. There are kites, infinite bands and tons of other circus supplies and fun gadgets. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. Only walked by, but from what I saw there is everything you could need if you want to join a circus, including juggling supplies; sharp, on fire, and blunt. Long boards, skate boards and the things you need to customize them. I will hopefully be going back to the cambridge market to check this place out in more detail, but until then this is all I know.

Everything you didn't know you needed! Fantastic shop for juggling stuff, and everything festival and play! Really knowledgeable staff who show you how to use the stuff, went in there at the weekend to buy my son a new Yoyo, and didn't realise there is so much about Yoyos we don't know!

I have nothing but good things to say about Oddballs. Their customer service is fantastic and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. My most recent purchase from them was stolen from my apartment block and even though it was not their fault at all, they sent out a replacement free of charge. They have certainly ensured that I will continue buying from them long into the future. As for the products, they have always been to a high standard, arrived on time and been reasonably priced. Really the best company I have come accross for juggling/performance supplies!

I had great customer service from James in the Warehouse. I had trouble ordering online because of my card and he helped me fully to buy and order my fire staff, he even reserved the staff for me so I could order at a later date, and was extremely helpful and friendly over email and the phone when I finally bought it. Dived into oddballs today to grab a skateboard tool and shelter from the rain and had the most generous welcome ever. The kids tried all kinds of tricks and toys, with virtuoso demos and tips to help them. Left with a set of flower sticks, inspired kids and happy feels.

They realy take there time to find the best solution to what you are looking for, help you with tips and a short demonstration on how to get started. Visiting the shop was an incredible experience. I came here with my 4 year old boy at 10am on a Sunday morning and the customer service was that of a 3 Michelin starred restaurant akin to Hestons' 'Fat Duck', very informal and the product knowledge was incredible. We tried out different yo-yos and we were also offered advice regarding off-brand Rubik's cubes with curved edges. I was amazed, honestly. Great job and work ethic. I will definitely be going back for the non-responsive Henrys' yo-yo when I get to grips with the Viper again. Thank you kindly

Really cool shop with really cool staff! I was struggling to find a skate shop in London with more than 3 longboards for sale and found those guys. The sales person (I don’t know his name oops) was so so helpful, he really knew his stuff! He helped me choose a beginners board, took his time to explain me the differences in longboards and tailored the choice based on my preferences and needs, also let me try out a couple of desks before deciding on one. Definitely recommend this place especially if you’re just starting out!

We found the store on line from Australia... We went in ...and had a look at their stock. Some quite unique.. the adults previously made rules about purchasing anything to our aspiring yo-yo addict son. There were unique yo-yos that did qualify... Our son tested them. Hand made and from Belgium. He said it felt like one he already owned... The staff were informative and patient and happy to have our son test the yo-yos. We left with out a purchase but at the same time we were super impressed over all. Thank you. For the fine service.

Really friendly helpful staff. I went there to buy a yo-yo and they're all available to try before you buy. The staff advise you on the different types and teach techniques. I played for around 2 hours before finally choosing which to buy!

I cannot overstate what a magnificent shop this is; shopping here (or using their most-excellent website) is, in every way you could possibly expect, a marvellous experience. The staff are always friendly, enthusiastic and willing to show you how to use something/advise you on a purchase/invite you to a juggling club. I remember going in here years ago as a complete beginner - very embarrassed to ask questions and reveal that I didn't know anything at all about juggling - and getting nothing but encouragement and useful advice. Unfortunately, not all of us can get down to Camden for a regular browse. The excellent Oddballs website has this covered though - massive stock range (very clear photos of everything), very secure packaging and ridiculously-fast postage whenever I have ordered something. There's even a 'bargain basement' where you can find reduced-price goods that are slightly discoloured/scratched but still perfectly functional for throwing around. If Oddballs were a person, I would hug it.
