I have been buying Palace clothing online for a couple of years now but only went to the store to buy in person recently. You should be prepared to queue for a while before entering but it was nothing too severe when I went. Note that going on drop day (every Friday) is totally different and you should prepare for some chaos! I've never seen it on drop day so check online for some tips on what it's like. Now the only problem I had with the store was the people in it. The customers consisted of annoying hypebeast kids buying designer with Mummy and Daddy's credit card and dudes trying to reclaim some lost youth by buying clothes from a skate shop. I'm not sure which one I was. Maybe a bit of both. The shop employees were pretty different to most. For a start they have no uniform or badge so it's a bit of a guessing game: who's an employee and who's a customer? Also they're not rude as such, but not particularly friendly either, although I'm sure Palace themselves would claim that as being 'part of the experience'. I suppose borderline dismissive would be the best way to describe them. Probably from the irritating customers. Anyway go there if you live in London and like designer garms.

Very good staff and great selection! They had the palace x ciroc collaboration but they were not for sale in store unfortunately. I picked up a pair of black socks, a bag for life and supposedly 3 stickers for £25. I was presently surprised to find out that the employee gave me 8 of them! Security guards let us in instantly and were very polite! Complete opposite from supreme very good! Also only a street away from supreme.

I entered the store there was some very loud music so I asked one of the employees to turn down the volume and he told me that if I didn’t like it I had to get out. Overall I love their clothing, but there can be some mean employees.

One of the most helpful skate stores I've ever been in. No arrogant staff like some skate stores. Just taken it back up again, not skated on like 10 years and they were seriously helpful in reeducation on sizes, decks, bearings the lot. 100% will be buying from them again.

A group of skaters in England once decided that it can't be the Yankees solely dictating what skate wear has to look like. So some of them got together and started PALACE. Somewhere between kick flips, hooligan couture and the queen is where you'll find their aesthetic located. Many people say that PALACE is the european answer to SUPREME and their solemn reign. The store itself is fully stocked with dope PALACE gear and the insides of the store a definitely worth a visit alone.

Really good range of products, regularly replenished too. Unfortunately, I've never been able to really enjoy spending time in the store as the staff are really poor. Very pretentious and make you feel unwelcome, never asking if you need help finding sizes or trying something on, and they immediately tidy up behind you as you walk along. Very rude and off putting. Feels like they have been told to act in this way, as it's been a common theme on multiple visits. Shame as it's a far nicer and better stocked store than Supreme.

Very exclusive and unique shop with good range of clothing. However bad range of sizes due to the fact they only restock every Friday which is when it's very busy. The smallest size you'll find a few days after Friday would be a large.

Got in at 12 on Sunday, small queue, got a nice item and good service from all staff. Supreme store is just around the corner and I definitely recommend checking out the long queue move slowly for hours and people walking out with an overpriced t shirt, really entertaining.

No joke on of the best seevices Ive ever seen, super feiendly every single time I go, and literally get complimented every time I go. Once they even saw I was disapointed because there was nothing left in my size and went to the back and got me the last skeledon tee in a small, really its a madness. Great stock, music is pretty sick too, and sick when they play section and 67. The store has a great vibe and I will definetly carry on going, one of my favourite brands and stores too. Decent amount of stock too. Recomend it. Even the security are pretty chill, and the bench is calm when you waiting to go in.

for anyone who is complaining because of the "poor stock selection" you should not even come anywhere near this store. The whole idea is that they have a small selection of items that sells out in the most wanted sizes. If you cannot wrap your mind around that thought, avoid this store and supreme all together (unless you are fat and looking for xl or looking for less hype clothes).

I was expecting a skateboard shop but was surprised to find an expensive fashion shop. Decks are on display and the staff seem free and ready to help but if your after new trainers or to tighten your trucks etc they might be able to help but don’t hold your breath. I like the design of the clothes and was after their triangle Palace design t shirt but they didn’t have it. The place was full of wealthy tourists. T shirts are £38 and hoodies were £148 so you make your mind up whether you want to pay those prices..

In my opinion at times this place can be better than supreme but something that i can say that they do better than supreme is the way they organise their drop and with palace you can walk straight in almost always compare to supreme you have to wait one or two hours to get into the bloody shop.
