Buying experience was first class. Nice and swiftly sent out for delivery. Superbly packaged and arrived in 2 days. Excellent follow up via email, friendly conversation and advice given about finding the right pedal stiffness. Questions answered on maintenance was very thorough. He is also helping me with my FOV!! The pedals are awesome! Very impressed as soon as I opened the box. Beautifully machined metal. What great value for money. Can be adjusted in numerous ways to set up them up perfectly to your own requirements. Highly recommend.

Great communication and found Ahmed to be very honest with the information and questions I had regarding the DC simracing pedals I purchased from them. I never felt pressure and made my purchase from the information I was provided. I was offered to try these pedals at there premises prior to purchase if I wanted. I was kept upto date with all process from paying the invoice to delivery and also after sales care from Ahmed once I received the pedals. There was a small delay in the expected delivery and was offered a full refund if this was a problem for me. I did continue with the purchase and Ahmed made a gesture of supplying additional upgrades for the small delay which I have also recieved. The DC pedals are fantastic value for money and as described. I will not hesitate in making future purchases from Race Sim.

Absolutely first class service. Been waiting for a few months to find the Thrustmaster Ferrari SF1000 wheel in stock anywhere in the UK. Saw on Facebook Race SIM had it in stock and from ordering the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Ahmed was extremely helpful, there was a small delay at the point of delivery from Hermes, but Ahmed kept me informed throughout and so pleased I finally have this wheel. Bought a set Dcsimracing pedals (DC2) from Race Sim, they arrived today, very well packaged. The pedals themselves are of a very high quality, everything I needed to get them setup and attached to my rig was included with the pedals. These simulators have state of art equipment. The best thing- the motion actuator system is almost silent, no clinks or jerky movements, it just feels smooth. They've got 2 set ups in store as well for you to try. Ahmed knows exactly what he is talking about in terms of parts and mods that would work for the set up I'm looking for. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼
