I have heard of skate attack for over 30 years, I had to go and see them to have a pair of Bauer skates customized (Simms wheels and top quality bearings) I could have gone to other companies who sell skates but they are the best company to use (my opinion). The skate attack members of staff are very helpful, they can be very busy at the best of times, but they would go the extra mile to make sure that they complete your order and have it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Answered all questions we had and also sorted out the skates there and then, setting them all up too. This was after they thought we would have to order them but they managed to find what we needed 👍 Just remember that it's hard to park near them so be prepared to walk - not their fault of course! Recommended, have a feeling we'll be back again soon.

We went a couple of weeks ago for skates for our girls (8 & 10yo). We got great advice from the shop on what skate to buy them which worked out great, even though it wasn't the most expensive option they could have sold us. Stock sounded a bit limited, but we walked out of the shop with two pair of skates, so it worked out well for us.

There may be bigger skate stores but this one served us brilliantly. Went to buy my ten year old his first skateboard and the young man behind the counter couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Store also caters to ice sports and other wheels. Thoroughly recommend.

Great experience - friendly and informative service. I saw the reviews and thought 'ummmm', but when I read through them I realised that the overwhelming message was about good service and expertise when visiting the shop. I was purchasing ice-skates and being a novice was really impressed with the advice given. I tried on two pairs, which I think is wise if you have developed monkey feet since the pandemic. One pair, although my size, was not at all comfortable - how people buy without ever having tried any on, is beyond me. The pair I bought are utterly blissful to wear. I bought accessories to help with safety and confidence - crash mat pants, wrist guards etc and a bag and soft blade covers. Very, very reasonably priced in comparison to other stores and sites. Overall I had a wonderful time, especially as it was my first visit to the capital from Bedfordshire in about two years. I highly recommend a visit!

After a delay in postage I rang the store to be answered by a polite woman, unfortunately I forgot to write her name down. She immediately apologised and sent a new pair out via DHL. I recieved them within 2 days. Based on the previous reviews I was worried but my situation was handled immediately and efficiently. I advise anyone having issues just to ring the store rather than email as it will be dealt with quicker.

Brilliant! Just completely brilliant! Trekked across London all afternoon to arrive very close to closing time on a Sunday. Welcomed warmly and they gave me patient, expert guidance. Noticed that everyone that the staff dealt with in the shop was also accorded kind, patient interaction. Came home with the perfect equipment for my needs and, by that evening, was enjoying a pair of very fabulous skates. Great to discover there is a skate shop where people really care about skating and about people.

I placed an order for four sets of skates and accessories with Skateattack.co.uk to be delivered to Ireland 7 days ago. I hadn't read the reviews so was a bit worried when I had no tracking number issued after 3 days and then read said reviews. I sent an email and was reassured by Jo that I would have my delivery early next week. I was delighted to receive my skate parcel less than a week after ordering and all in perfect condition. I made an assumption based on a review and was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, to deliver so promptly, especially during the confusion with this virus is fantastic.

I chose my roller skates and was supported with adjusting the size and with a skate bag, too. Customer service was brilliant! Back to skating since primary school. I'm in my new skates and I am learning new tricks.

The shop is ok, but there seems to be nobody working there who has any experience directly with any of the products. I have been multiple times to ask opinion on different items staff didn't know what I was talking about. Once I was told buy one employee "if its not what you want come back and buy another" err how about I don't come back. If I want NO advice or somebody with no relevant feedback I buy stiff where its cheaper online. If you want f2f customer sales you have to bring something online doesn't which im afraid over the last year you have not.

Have a huge range of stuff on offer, something for everyone definitely and the staff are really knowledgeable so you can really make an informed decision. Also when you buy ice skates and keep your receipt first sharpening is free, which is awesome. 10/10 would reccomend.

I arrived just after closing time! I was let I with my children, the staff were fantastic, changed bearings on skates and I bought 2 skates for each of my children. I love this shop! It has a good range of all types of skates ie; figure, hockey, in-line and quads. They even sell cute tiny skates for toddlers so I bought them for my daughter who is 2years old and she loves them. I had a pair of Bauer ice hockey skates converted into quads and they are fantastic!! My husband even ended up buying a pair too! They also had skateboards, bikes and scooters. Great shop! Will definitely be returning!

It's a esay spot to find and it has bus stops near it also once you enter the store the staff with ask if you need any help emediatly it's not a very busy store and the prices are very affordable also if there isn't something that you are looking for they might ask you if you want them to order it for you so you can collect it as quickly as possible
