M. T.Absolutely great service. I bought my first pair of ski boots with Surefoot 20-years ago as previously I could never get really comfortable boots. What a revelation,no pain,no aches. My second pair of boots from the London store are even better as I now have heated insoles as well.I love the fact that you can take them anywhere in the States and Europe to get them tweaked for free,if you ever need to. Absolutely recommend Surefoot,London.

Have been skiing with Surefoot for several years now and could not have asked for a better set which are both comfortable, yet also very responsive when I need them to be. Words can not describe the service the team here provide even years down the line since I bought them.
S.Purchased my pair of Tecnica Cochise boots with the Surefoot inner 2 years ago and yesterday returned for some adjustments. Kevin and Tom were great in doing some custom work and ensuring I absolutely had the best fit and was 100% satisfied. Although the boots were expensive when I purchased them, this great follow up service has made it all worth it. Thanks guys!
E. A.Great experience and product. The staff are highly knowledgeable on skiing and foot ergonomics. I have 26 years of ski experience and they found the right boot for my preferences. Make sure you set aside 2-2.5 hours to get everything fitted properly and book in advance. There is downtime between fitting steps so you can grab a quick coffee or go through emails.
