Staff were very friendly and helpful. If we needed anything we only had to look around and they were there. And not in an intrusive way. Just in a very helpful friendly way. Couldn't recommend the staff here more. The clothes are fantastic too. My friend and I both brought coats for our kids and the quality is amazing. I also brought some shoes for my daughter as they were good quality and will last her. Like sketchers but a fraction of the price.

The employees are frighteningly friendly. So much so that at one point, I thought I was in a Stephen King film and was very disappointed Jack Nicholson was nowhere in the store not even by the shoes. Stanley Kubrick working his magic again. This time in a retail setting near the body warmers

Better than the online website. Purchased the security travel belt and travel pillow on Thursday 10th online because it's half price, in the early hours and asked to be collected from Maidstone store hopefully Sunday 13th to go to Barcelona next day, wrong!!! Got order confirmation but never received dispatch confirmation, tried to call the customer service but phones are busy for nearly half hour so called the Maidstone store instead gave them my order number and they said it hasn't been dispatched and normally takes 3 to get it dispatched and be there on a Tuesday. So instead I had to buy in-store, not half price. Received text whilst in Barcelona that my order is ready for collection on Tuesday, even though I sent them an email to cancel it and they didn't bother. So lesson is, buy from in-store than online.
