First things first, this is an online retailer, don't go to their location because you can't shop in-store. I've ordered a couple of times from them and each time has been super easy with communications regarding my order starting immediately. Delivery has been fast and efficient with my last order arriving before the estimated date. Product range is impressive and prices are good, it's worth keeping an eye out for offers as they happen fairly often and you can save a decent amount. All budgets are catered for, as are most activities, from hiking and camping to survival and military application. Also worth mentioning is that a lot of products are not standard military quality....they're far better (don't be fooled by "military specification", it basically means cheapest available).

Have been a customer of Military 1st for many years. I've found them to be a very reliable supplier of great quality clothing and gear with superb customer service. When I've had to return something the process has always been quick and easy with no hassle. There seem to be a lot of fake negative reviews on here, in my own experience Military 1st have always been excellent.

Ordered a bundle of items, one of which being a Mil-Tec belt. I ordered the wrong size and got an XL instead of a M. I went through the returns process which was easy. Started the returns/ exchange process on a Tuesday, had the right size belt at my door by the Sunday. Amazingly quick service

What can I say, purchased a pair of goretex trousers. Communications started immediately receipt of order, packaged and dispatched. And it turned up well within the days the postage stated. I'm updating my original review as a result of their customer service reps, particularly one named Kat! As the review below states, I really had an issue with their shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, in the states. NOT with Military 1st. As a result of the review, they refunded all shipping costs. That wasn't expected nor desired, but it is appreciated. Nice to find a company who understands customer service still. Right then. Carry on. Original Review Ordered a jacket for my son and paid for expedited post. Following tracking data it made it from the UK to the US in 2 days. It then took 14 days to travel the next 700 miles. In one case it sat for 7 days with no movement. Expedited? I’ll give them credit, they did return the payment for expedited post. $6.00. Not sure what I was really getting for $6.00 for expedited as I ship expedited and next day air all over the country often and you pay dearly for expedited. Jacket is nice though, and looks good. But their shipping partner or freight forwarder needs to be more responsive. I’d order again, but only knowing I may not get it for 2.5 weeks.

I did initially put 2 stars but I had to give this place 5 star, I'm a skater and have been trying to find the perfect cargo to pair with my OG DC shoes, I bought two pairs yesterday and they are amazing! I have been a Military 1st customer for several years and have always had a first class experience. Their customer support team is professional and responsive - for every case, a solution is found. Their return policy is real, no complications and no questions asked. International delivery is fast (never longer than 1 week, but on average 5 days, sometimes even earlier), and shipping costs are reasonable. Some time ago, they were advertising a reward for published feedback on their website. This campaign also turned out to be true, because I received it. From their very well-stocked store, I was given the opportunity to choose any product for free up to £ 100, which of course I was happy to do and was immediately gifted - just as if I had bought one. Very impressive and above all fair to the customers. It is these policies that attract customers - at least, if you are a customer such as myself. I really appreciate the seller's interactivity and gratitude. Gratitude then goes both ways - namely, sometimes I could buy the same product a little cheaper somewhere else, but for good practice and experiance I mosty come back and shop here. My experience so far has always been good. If anyone hesitates to buy in Military 1st at this point I encourage you to try - you will not be sorry.

Fantastic service! Great products! Highly recommend! I've purchased quite a few things over the years. Prices are competitive and the stock is wide. I had to return a jacket once as it was too large and they replaced it instantly. The returns process was simple and hassle free. I have bought many items from Military1st over the years, mainly Helikon, but other makes as well. I have bought direct from their website, from Ebay UK and from Amazon UK and the story is always the same. A tremendous range of products all of similar quality and all representing best value. But, even more important is the service. Free delivery, free returns and the speed of their standard delivery is the best available. Helpful, professional and considerate, the M1st team are the best in the business and will always be my 'go to' quartermaster.

Bought a few items from them via eBay,and on there own web site. Very easy transactions, except PayPal and most cards. Very prompt delivered items by courier. Usually free post and packaging,and free returns. Great selection of clothing,footware,and backpacks etc. Bought a few few pairs of cargo shorts,and very happy with quality and price. The clothing is usually made to military spec,and is much harder wearing. Recently bought an extreme cold weather waterproof jacket,very happy with product. Waterproof,breathable,underarm venting,and a detachable fleece. Better quality than your high end designer mountaineering jacket,and half the price. Just a word of warning the clothing sizing can be very generous,on some items. Great shopping experience.

OK so my 1st order i had from military 1st had to be sent back as I was sent the wrong size jacket it said on the packaging xl but size regular was the actual size of the jacket there was no signature to say it was checked.... The order was refunded as the size I needed was not in stock however it did say on the website it was in stock !! Bit of a nightmare however all was sorted out and a full refund was given... ....2nd order.... Item arrived today with signature to say item has been checked and im very happy with the item I ordered no issues at all thank you ....for anyone ordering from the store it maybe worth giving them a call first to check the item "s" are in stock to save any inconveniences having to send items back , it is a great company with quality goods I hope this review helps..👍
