Got there in the end Bought a multi gym 3 weeks ago and when it turned up there was a vital part missing! Days of being bounced between people and nothing happening led me to give them a 1 star review. However, finally Imran in service got involved, and he sorted the issue out in a day! Had it not been for that week of trying to sort it out and getting nowhere this would have been a 5 star review. The quality of the multigym is excellent and the sales side of things was very good, it was just the initial after service that was a bit disappointing.

An unusual company supplying exercise equipment, at first sent to the wrong pick up point and a palaver to collect the very good priced exercise bike. The warehouse gentleman who opened up was very helpful. The Boss or owner is doing very well with a Bentley W12 parked outside. Correspondence could be better and correct, and more flexible pick up times. Be aware this is not like a retail outlet.

We had a really great experience at the Fitness Superstore. All the staff were super friendly (and patient with our bored children!), Andy served us and was really knowledgeable about all the products - there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. The showroom is huge, with such a massive range of machines and different equipment, and we didn't feel pestered at all as we tried everything out. We recently visited the store in Northampton to kit out our home gym and meet with Jordan who exceptionally helpful. Jordan spent numerous hours working with us and discussing various bits of equipment and which offered value for money as well as performance. Jordan worked with us for a number of weeks checking what equipment was in stock and when it could be delivered etc. His customer service was exceptional, he let the equipment speak for itself, it pays to spend a little bit more we found. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he is clearly a great asset to the company! We must all say that the team who came to install our equipment were also great, they arrived on time at the crack of dawn and were done within a handful of hours. They worked with us to find the best place for equipment and left with all the rubbish! We are so pleased! The only thing now is my partner wants more in the garage….

I recently visited the Northampton store after speaking with their sales advisor, Jordan. At the store he was really knowledgeable and the customer service was great. He was available to speak to on the phone regarding any of my many queries and was really helpful. Luckily, the store was empty so I was able to get full attention and I spent at least 30 min in-store looking at various options. I wouldn't hesitate to visit the store again or recommend Jordan; he wasn't pushy at all and I felt under no pressure to purchase anything. Top marks for customer service!

My wife and I visited the Northampton super store to purchase a recumbent exercise bike . Andy Blackler was on hand and helped us in a very curtious and professional way. All our questions were answered in full which helped us make a decision on the bike to purchase. Our chosen bike was paid for and delivery date given in a very efficient manner. Good products & price for what we wanted but what a palava. Waiting ouside in the heat to be let in, wasting time inside due to tepid misdirections from sales rep, 3x explaining what we wanted, then told to order on touchscreens, then at the desk, then sent around the other side of the building (in the car) to closed shutters and doors with no signs explaining what to do/ where to wait & no-one around could explain... (All it would take is a printed A4 sign saying please wait here etc.) I wanted to support a local business but the whole experience was a mess so I can see why people order online.

Decent prices but very long and delayed delivery lead times, followed by using useless couries who lost my items after waiting over 4 weeks, When I rang fitness superstore they sounded quite aware of the couriers being quite useless so combined with delayed lead times why use rubbish couriers who lose packages! Customer services were good and promptly refunded my money but a 5 week pointless process should have just spent bit more elsewhere!

Good facility with plenty of equipment to test out. Paid on the day for a Treadmill which was due for delivery by the end of the same week. Told on the Wednesday that was not possible and it would be week after which was an issue for us, asked for a reschedule to when agreed, told not possible. Further email received out of the Blue stating, sorry our mistake it will be with you tomorrow (Friday), so the whole delivery process was a shambles. Just received an email today thanking me for payment today (bought the treadmill over a month ago), and paid for it a month ago. Seemingly good kit, really poor admin. Typical prices.

Attended the store in Northampton to try out a Schwinn IC8 spin bike. COVID practices in place, which was reassuring. Jordan provided excellent customer service throughout, setting me up to have a proper try of the bike, answering all the questions I had about it, and talking me through how to connect it to the various cycling/workout apps, etc. No hard sell and we were given as much time as we needed. Made the purchase and decided on taking it home ourselves so the staff loaded the package into the car for us. Very happy customer.

Great instore service and choice but delivery wasn't great experience - we bought home gym equipment (2 cardio machines, weights and rack) from Northampton and had a very positive instore experience and ordered everything at one go. We expected shipping delays due to lockdown, but the communication was very disappointing on a large order not confirming what was delaying and I had to keep contacting them for an update. When the items were shipped one main item was still delayed, and although they called to arrange the first pallet to be delivered at a convenient time, the second delivery just got shipped (squat rack!) and was impossible to contact anyone to ask to delay etc. - the courier wasn't great, and no response when tried to contact them. I would still shop there again, but would have expected a better overall experience especially given how good the instore team were in person.

Excellent service! I ordered a Schwinn 570U exercise bike from the website on Friday morning. Despite the website advising there could be a delay up to 10 days because of COVID 19 and delays with couriers, on Friday evening I received an email with tracking information from the courier. On Monday morning shortly after 8am, it arrived! The bike itself is very good quality and straightforward to assemble. I would not hesitate in recommending Fitness Superstore. Fast, efficient and exceeding expectations!

I have made several purchases from fitness superstore over the years. The power tec multi gym I bought over 10 years ago is absolutely bombproof build quality. Regularly used and still looks new. The store is huge with a large selection of equipment on display to view and use. There are changing facilities and a shower enabling you to test the products before you buy. On site parking, close proximity to motorway links. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Each time I have visited the staff have shown a good knowledge of the products they are selling and have assisted me to choose the equipment which meets my needs not necessarily the most expensive item for sale. I have never had problems with delivery service. Only once had to call customer services as emergency safety cord was missing from cardio equipment I had ordered. The staff were very friendly and the missing part was posted out first class. Definitely recommend

Travelled from Derby on Sunday to visit the store and was very impressed, from arrival to departure. There is a vast range of quality equipment on display. It was good to be able to to try various pieces of kit, before deciding on a purchase. Can't fault the sales staff. Not at all pushy and very knowledgable when asked for advice. Very straightforward once you've decided to buy, as the ladies who process your order are fast, efficient and friendly. Once you've paid (various options on how you can do that too), you can either take it home with you that day, or have it delivered at a time to suit you. Highly recommended.

Why is there no 7 *......******* Firstly, went again and saw Andy - who was just as impressive as the first day we met him. We eventually settled on the IC6 bike and Tuff Stuff gym....after trialling both. Thanks Andy for the brilliant advice and knowledge shared (BTW, LOVING the IC6 BIKE)... We then went downstairs to pay for the bike and gym, only to realise they were closing in 10 mins time. This was not an issue as Leila, the lady dealing with us, offered to stay behind to do our paperwork and ensured we could still get the IC6 to take home on the day and sort the delivery/installation timings of the TuffStuff. We hit a snag to get through ensuring we got the IC6 on the day, but the MD was on hand to approve a solution that was workable for both parties.....love this company - have I said this before :) This company KNOWS Customer Service. We were able to get the bike from the warehouse immediately, once everything was added to the systems and paid. Leila then sent us the forms that we needed to complete at home. The following day, we got an email from Leila confirming all paperwork sorted and we agreed on a date for installation of the Tuff Stuff gym. Thank you Leila, I was truly amazed at your calm nature in handling everything, even when we hit snags and thank you again for staying back on boxing day to help us out! I know this is a long post - but credit where credits due and a two word Thank You would not do this company and the service we received justice. Thank you Andy, Leila, Mr. MD (sorry didn't get his name - but he was amazing too - shows lead from the front!). Looks exactly like the pictures on the website, with virtually every model of everything on the website on display for you to try out. Staff sanitise everything you're likely to have touched once you've finished. Can literally try everything to see how it feels, can you adjust it to your fit, etc.

We purchased a treadmill and spin bike for our home gym, were given a good price including free delivery to the first floor in our house. The installers (2 guys, so no need for us to get involved) were excellent, they cleaned the floor before and after installation and took all the boxes and rubbish away. Rare to receive this kind of service in this day and age.

I ordered the BH Fitness SB3 cycle, but the wrong bike arrived, the BH Fitness Aero. After a call on Friday to let them know I was told it wasn't a problem and the correct one would be sent out. So far so good. Now on to today, Wednesday. So far it appears nothing has has been done and I've been asked to provide a picture of the bike as proof, in case I'm lying. They should have asked for that when I initially called to speed things up. That'll be at least another day wasted as I can't do that until the evening. I decided to give the local branch a call the next day and ask for their help, Frimley. Fortunately they've been very helpful and sorted everything out for me. I took the wrong bike back to them and they gave me the correct bike which they had in stock. In conclusion, the staff at Frimley were great, but speaking to the main office in Northampton was a terrible experience. If anyone else has issues I'd strongly recommend speaking to you local branch to get it sorted rather than the main office.
