Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. I have a bowel disease and desperately needed to use a toilet, they very kindly let me use the staff toilet the young assistant was so kind. Thankyou so much to that member of staff. I have been refused many times in other stores.

Very helpful staff in this Norwich branch. I've recently been searching for a waterproof cycling jacket and after looking in completely the wrong area of the store, the staff pointed me to their cycling specific selection. Not a huge choice but they had a garment perfect for what I wanted at a fraction of the cost of cycle specific branded clothing in other stores.

An excellent store. First and foremost, the prices are ultra-competitive, which is fundamental. The store itself, though occupying a slightly awkward space over two floors, is actually pretty well laid out, with not too much stuff crammed in, giving you room to breathe and move around. The staff are generally great too, and are usually very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

15 in 1 penknife on sale for £3.99. (great reviews as well) Next up from that would have been Go Outdoors for £7.99, then Victrinox for about £13. Helpful friendly staff in the Norwich store, and a good general sale on at the moment (early Feb 2019)

You can't buy mountains here even though they call themselves the 'mountain warehouse' not good for business.... That's why 'the giant pet store' went out of business....no giant pets available at all. I just wanted a hamster to ride but only regular sized ones available. Very disappointed.
