I truly believe that the people of Alpkit live by their motto and enjoy seeing people going outdoor and doing nice things. I've found my brand for all things adventure, outdoorsy, and bike related. Highly recommend and will defo be back. I can wait to visit their retail spaces, Hathersage here I came!
A. P.I ordered a tent once, but when it arrived, I decided I actually don't need this tent and let the post office sent it back. Meanwhile it got lost while shipping back, and Alpkit still provided me with a refund afterwards. Very respectful.
C. C.Bought a wetsuit which sadly did not fit. When I called to say that I wanted to return it, significantly after the already long 123 day return date, they happily agreed. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Will definitely look to make further purchases from them in the future.

R. P.Ordered a Colibri AL frame for my wife. Unfortunately the fork steerer was too thin at one point, which I only found out after cutting it. I returned it to the store, and Josh very kindly confirmed with the workshop that it was a warranty issue, and then got me a replacement. Fantastic service from just dropping in. I really appreciate that they did it for me, as it would have been so easy to fob me off or pop it into the mail room.
You've definitely got my vote Alpkit, and I will consider your stuff in future!

Package came really quickly with free delivery and also the invoice came with a hand written message from the team which I really appreciate the personal touch. They also sent me a sustainability report which as an outdoor company with climate change looming is quite appropriate. Contained all the information about initiatives the company are taking and goals for the future. Definitely recommend

C. M.Brilliant company that have the personal touch that is sorely missed but the high street brand (and expensive) shops. I have several of their products and they all work extremely well. I damaged one of the items by not using it properly and When I tried to purchase a spare part they kindly posted me a second hand one free of charge, something very few companies these days would do. I will definitely be using Alpkit to slowly replace my ageing outdoor kit I currently have. Keep up the good work Alpkit team :-)

Alpkit are a genuine breath of fresh air to the outdoor gear industry. being a small company, they actually care about their customers. Returns so far have been spot and with free returns postage it takes the bother out of such issues, except that you have to wait that little longer to enjoy your purchase!
Good quality, lightweight outdoor gear needn't be so expensive. Alpkit make good quality gear accessible to more people, so more of us can get out and enjoy the world, our playground, without breaking the bank and without suffering from low quality, low performance kit.

I have the deepest gratitude for you continuing through the ups and downs and your continued push to expand on your range, whilst continuing to sell at obscenely competitive prices. c. w.I Bought a 20L Waterproof Backpack (gourdon) from these guys several weeks ago and it is fantastic, the bag feels bomb proof, my kit inside is always dry when i get home, the price was £29 (this would be double from any other manufacturer) and it comes with a 3 year guarantee too, what more could you ask for. The service received was top notch and the factory shop is a decent size displaying most if not all of their products from their website (it is closed at the weekends) Will be buying more products from them in future.

P. M.Ordered two tee-shirts in May 2017 and realised that I needed bigger size in each of the tee-shirts. It took me 3 months to get around to sending them back and when I did so I was immediately given a refund as the sizes I required were not in stock. I was also contacted by a staff member to let me know what was happening so I cannot praise Appkit highly enough for the way they treat their customers. This firm has been excellent and I must recommend them highly.
S. B.Purchased from this company twice. First time, item was delivered on time and was as expected.
Second time, I had to chase them to send the item. They say the fault was with Royal Mail rather than themselves.
20 minutes after I chased them, the item was logged on the Royal Mail system as having been received from the seller. Unfortunately that still meant the item took five days to get to me, rather than the claimed 2-3 days, and was too late for a trip I needed it for.
During the same week, another seller successfully used the same Royal Mail 48 service on time and without any issue.
I wouldn't necessarily suggest not using this seller - just make sure the tracking shows the item being received from the seller on time.

Great ordering process, nice personal email to tell me my order was on its way, and then a nice handwritten note in my well packaged delivery. Delighted with my purchase, cannot wait to find an excuse to order something else!

High end performance products at direct sell prices, and a customer service team that are second to none.
I have spent a lot of money over a lifetime of adventuring on high end products and Alpkit stands favourable comparison with any other brand.
I currently own most of their bikepacking luggage, baselayers, hoodies, tee's, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, bivvy bag, headtorches, and waterpoofs. Brilliant kit that performs and functions exactly as I need it to.
Alpkit is slowly replacing my older kit from companies like Rab, Sherpa, and Mountain Equipment.

T. L.I've just bought a Alpkit Phantac down jacket. I only paid £145 and whilst I won't be using it until the winter I am amazed at the quality for price. I was expecting a budget jacket like say Ayachco, but it is vastly superior in every way. We'll done Alpkit, I shall shop with you for my ourdoor gear rather than Cotswold Outdoor.
