A. C.Very happy to be the first reviewer after such brilliant service! After considering a peloton bike for a long time, we booked a demo at the concession in the John Lewis, Nottingham and met with Luke. He spent well over an hour with us, going through all the features and patiently asking our many questions. The store closed earlier than we anticipated so we couldn’t complete the purchase there and then but Luke rang us back as promised the next morning to complete the sale and book delivery. It’s a fairly significant investment so we appreciated Luke’s knowledge, the lack of pressured sales techniques and his approachable, and enthusiastic demeanour. Great service so far!

When we heard that there was a new concession at our local store I decided to book in for a bike fit having heard people talk very positively about how they have helped them. Luke and Harrison at the concession were great with helping guide me through some minor adjustments to my current set up using video and calculations to tweek things. They were both very friendly and helpful and I think anyone looking to buy a bike or tread would get an excellent knowledgeable service.

The entire process from purchase to installation and set up was really easy the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Cole looked after us when we came in to purchase he advised us on set up and also helped to give me more of an overview of what classes were available.
