Just received my BodyMax CF500 of which is absolutely awesome, this was delivered 2 weeks from when I purchased it which is a great turnaround time considering the current climate. The customer service from Kev and Dom has been second to none, these guys couldn’t do enough for me, this is gold standard customer service, well done guys.... One very happy customer.

Purchased a fantastic Proform treadmill from Powerhouse recently. Fantastic product at a great price. Unfortunately, the treadmill was delivered with the wrong type of plug, but the company were excellent and reacted quickly to make sure the problem was fixed and they communicated throughout. Really pleased with the purchase and will definitely use Powerhouse again! Thanks...

I went into the store to purchase a CF380 smith machine. My experience with Powerhouse is mixed because my order took a long time to get to me. However, the assistant manager Craig was really good at pushing the delayed order along and was very good every time I called to chase the order. As an apology for the delay he added some weights and reimbursed some money which made up for the delay. Even though my order was delayed I would certainly purchase from here again, because of the level of customer service I received. I would recommend going into store, because I got a much better deal than the internet price.
