Upon entering the store I found that I was greeted and met in a professional manner I asked for advice as I was looking to improve my fitness and diet which Cameron went through with me.I would highly recommend to anymore who is even looking for a little bitt of advice on anything to do with fitness and health.To go into the store and see the guys as they are always welcoming with friendly faces and are always happy to help and will always go above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs.

I went into the store to purchase a CF380 smith machine. My experience with Powerhouse is mixed because my order took a long time to get to me. However, the assistant manager Craig was really good at pushing the delayed order along and was very good every time I called to chase the order. As an apology for the delay he added some weights and reimbursed some money which made up for the delay. Even though my order was delayed I would certainly purchase from here again, because of the level of customer service I received. I would recommend going into store, because I got a much better deal than the internet price.
