Phoned up to ask for advice on various bowls and their availability. Dan was really helpful and pointed me in the direction of some Taylor bowls that would suit my needs. They were sent out to me shorty after and arrived lunch time the following day in good time for me to take them to a practice session I had booked at the local arena. The Bowls are excellent as was the service. Big shout out for Dan.. Absolute Star.

Really helpful and great service when buying a pair of crown green bowls. I would definitely recommend.

Already have size 4 Almark but due to hand problems I tried a size 2 and was very happy. went online to the Bowls Shop, Nottingham, ordered the size 2 at 2.30pm on 12th Dec, had a text message saying DPD would be delivering on 13th Dec between 9.03-10.03. they arrived at 9.02am, 19 hours after ordering. What a fantastic service from the Bowls Shop and DPD. Will certainly be recommending the Bowls Shop on our club notice board in Burgess Hill.cannot thank you enough. Happy Christmas.

Still waiting for one item after ordering on June 18th a pair of trousers.three other items have arrived ok after I chased them up but no luck with the trousers.emailed the bowls shop this morning but no response looks like I will have to go down the charge back scheme with my credit card company very dissapointed expected better a lot better. Trousers arrived today 6-7-18 with a microcloth thrown in.Trousers OK thank you. I hope the Bowls Shop learns from this as retailing is suffering at the moment and needs to be at the top of their game. Upgraded to a three star rating from a one star.
