Recently bought tennis trainers had a manufacturing stitching fault. Blue Bloods swapped it out for a new pair no problem! Super friendly and helpful! Will be a returning customer for sure!

Excellent shop with superb, knowledgeable staff. They are always happy to help out with anything they can and provide the best service for a large number of sports. They're trade knowledge is as good as you'll get and their in house racket stringer is fantastic!

Blue blood has exceptional customer relations. I was abroad when I ordered my sons school jumper from them. Then I got stuck by COVID 19 restrictions- my host country had shut its airspace to international flights. I called and Dale Harris brilliantly handled the process of ensuring delivery was re routed to my sisters house. When I got back long after they delivered and realised there was a missing item. I contacted them (Dale) and he got on it again, realised it was sent to another address. He re ordered it for me at no expense to me and this time it was hand delivered to me by someone from Blue blood. Simply incredibly and applaudable. Thank you Dale and the blue blood team.

I was only in the shop for about 5 minutes looking at what range of cricket bats they had but due to it being quite early into the season, they didn’t have many. Other than just cricket bats, they had a wide variety of hockey sticks and tennis racquets and all sorts of sporting equipment. That have friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff on hand if you have any questions. The interior of the shop had a nice modern touch to it but the shop lacked in size.
