Had a couple of issues with my order when it arrived, nothing to do with faulty items being sold, but rather needing help with how to install the battery and get the compartment closed properly as it was a tight squeeze. Phoned them up and they sent me pictures of how they managed to fit it in and were generally a good help. Items were dispatched quickly despite it being the weekend at the time of order.

Can't fault Fire Support, I've been buying from them for over 10 years. I've never ordered anything and been told it's out of stock and everything always arrives on time. The range of products is excellent and the prices are always good. Only a shame I've never been within the vicinity of their store as I'd love to have a browse.

I have ordered from Firesupport many times, never bought a gun but have bought mags, gas and parts and i have to say these guys are probably the best in the UK. They have such an amazing selection of parts its almost insane. Always dispatched on time and quick delivery. Nothing has ever been defective and the customer service is absolutely brilliant.

Fire support are possibly the best airsoft shop in the UK when it comes to choice and customer service. Offering both pre and post purchase advise to customers, they really know their stuff. Really friendly people. The girl on the front desk was brilliant and funny. I went there to buy some gun oil. Had a few problems with my gun and the guy that came to help me told me what it might be. I have been using Fire Support since 2003 and have always found them to be friendly and helpful. The absolute best place to buy anything Tokyo Marui. Their repair and upgrade service is excellent, but due to its popularity there is usually quite a wait, they do tell you this before taking your gun off you however :) Highly recommended for both mail order and personal visits.

a bit awkward to find and the track didn't suit my small car but the guys in the shop where very helpful. as a novice with my son they made us feel comfortable and helped make some good choices about the equipment we required.

Drove an hour and a half from Braintree to visit the store on a quest to buy my first airsoft gun. It was well worth the drive! After extensive research I had chosen the Tokyo Marui Scorpion Mod.M as my first airsoft gun, as well as some other parts for it such as a tracer and optic. The storefront was big enough, not huge as it is mainly an online shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and most of all patient and accommodating with a novice like myself, I'm sure my struggle to get the sight on the gun was entertaining! I was able to look at everything before I bought it, as well as have a look and feel of all the guns on their walls. I left completely happy and used all the new gear the same evening and I was chuffed to bits with it all. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, very helpful on the phone. The airsoft gun I purchased has been problematic but I doubt that is the fault of FireSupport and more manufacturing issues. Hopefully this will be resolved smoothly. A word of caution for those with 'sportier' cars, or cars that may be a touch lower than standard - the road approaching the shop is really, really poor. There is a very significant camber on the road which damaged the underside of my car. Again, not the fault of FireSupport but if you have the option, bring a car with plenty of clearance.

Great place for Airsoft needs! Ordered some parts for my PTS ACR on Firesupport and I'm really impressed on how fast it got to me. I'm from Hawaii and they're located in the U.K. and my items came in about a week. Would be nice to have an option to see how much your items cost in USD in the cart because it's in Euros.

I looked at the website and decided to visit there shop we found the shop and received great service they were very friendly and answer all my question and help a lot the only thing that was bad was finding it but that's not there fault. I highly recommend it and I will definitely go again!

For such a small place the stock of different airsoft guns is amazing. Spent there nearly 2 hours going through all the guns on display and the staff was happily answering all the questions that I had.
