B. P.Bought a buoyancy aid and it was delivered quickly.
It didn't fit, emailed in the evening and had a response the same evening.
Next day I had a phone call, very helpful and friendly.
Sent back buoyancy aid and got replaced with another model.
This was delivered 5 days early!

Everything came promptly and well packaged. The wetsuit boots I ordered were too big so I had to go down a size. Not an issue for these guys, I emailed to make sure we could organise a return - they were swift in replying, and very helpful.
As it would happen, my wife was close by their premises today and popped in to see if they could sort the exchange there and then. Again, so helpful and friendly.
I'm glad I stumbled across your website guys, keep doing what you're doing. Next time I need any gear, you'll be my first port of call.

D.This place is excellent, got some dry pants and they were to big as i ordered them through the web site but it only took 6 days from receiving my pants to a refund and another purchase (same pants but smaller) and new pants delivered. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for this sort of clothing or accessories, thank you 👍

R. F.Just a few lines to say how impressed I was with my recent purchase: from the initial email and phone contact through to my visit (since I lived locally). The wetsuit and socks selected for me fit and work beautifully. Crawl and backstroke are fine but legs-in-the-air breaststroke will need some adjusting to :-) The important thing is I can now make more use of my pool, with no foot cramp or other problems with the cold. Big Orange offer a very wide range of high quality brands and work very hard to get it to you on time - every time.
The lovely team of ladies @ BOW all have a smile (perhaps the influence of Denzel Washington - who's also there in the office!). So, as a whole, this represents the best package and a service I'd thoroughly recommend.
