The online team definitely need to undergo some training and development work as they were a complete let down and to be honest I would never trust the online ordering process, instead I’d suggest anyone who wants to make a purchase goes into a store, even if as it was for myself, a fair drive to get there.

T.My husband and I went into the Plymouth store in Drake Circus shopping mall to look around and asked if Crystal could help me with a very annoying problem with my Raybans that I bought many years ago in USA. I have recently gotten them prescribed by spec savers in London which they made the arms of the glasses very wide and loose. They kept falling off my eyes and head which was so annoying!!! Crystal came to my rescue when I asked if there was anything she could do to solve this problem? She went out of her way just to tighten them which really made my day!! She was helpful, friendly and happy to help a customer in need. Thank you Crystal!! She deserves recognition!
