As a huge fan of outdoor wear, this store is definitely up there as one of the best for us and the customer service is absolutely bang on point as far as customer service goes ! Me and my partner (the two guys) visited this store today (14/10/2022) and was greeted by a staff member (sadly we didnt get her name, kicking ourselves for that) at the door who instantly made us feel welcome and informed us of what brands are stocked and their location within the store, after browsing downstairs briefly we decided to venture upstairs after being told we wouldn't be disappointed. How right she was, quality clothing and quality prices, now Ellie and her colleague definitely know their stuff when it comes to the in and outs of the jackets when I asked for some information on an item specific. After some debating I was finally convinced that I should buy the jacket and honestly I'm glad I did. Customer service is about making the customer feel welcome and having knowledge of brands they sell in my opinion which is a definite for us when clothes shopping. These 2 ladies are a HUGE credit to this store / company and I'm sure we will be back soon for more purchases and a good chat when visiting Preston next time haha thanks again for today, I was a happy customer walking out of your store and I'm thankful for that. :-)

Great experience from the staff here. Was greeted at the door by Sarah & Peter where they went above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend people to check out this store.

Trespass has a good range of outdoor gear. I love their walking sandals - I have eight pairs in two designs! Peter and Jaqui are incredibly helpful people. Do ask them if you need help, they always go the extra mile to help. For example I was looking at one of my two favourite sandals last week but couldn't see my size. Jaqui looked in the store room, but there weren't any there. So then she offered to look online for me. Still no joy. Then Peter offered to phone a couple of shops which they share staff with. Result! So today I picked up two more pairs of my lovely sandals, which is why I now have eight pairs in total. Lovely people. Good quality gear. Handy location near the library. What's not to like?

Good Jackets, might be expensive but there are extremely good jackets in Clearance upstairs so, check that out especially if you have a really small or big size for jackets, they might even have normal sized jackets though.
